We have been 100% satisfied with the quality of materials and workmanship. They just finished another parking lot, last week and will be doing road paving in a few weeks. I can't say enough. Some of the paving they are doing next, was done by another paving company in 2022 and it did not hold up. I wish we would have started working with E. Oakes & Sons Paving sooner.

They worked quickly and did all work within one week as requested. *Their initial estimate was accurate, and there were not surprise expenses. *The cost was reasonable for the services performed. *They were flexible, adjusting the scope of the painting job and the retaining wall job as requested. *They were willing to come back and stain the deck stairs and adjust the positioning of the crawl space handle as requested.
