I did so, enthusiastically with the basics info: credit score, how many people, move in date and my availabilities to see the place. To my surprise I get a reply from a YAKOOV FELDMAN with a simple reply " How about Sunday?". I HAVE NEVER in my life seen such a lack of professionalism from the get go, NO GREETINGS, NO FORMALITY, NO HOSPITALITY, straight up "How about Sunday?" like it's a Tinder date or something. I replied reminding him that I mentioned my availabilities in my initial email but I asked if Saturday works, to which he simply replied "No". I tried to request a tour through Trulia, and the dingus didn't notice it was me again and tried to book me on the SAME SUNDAY at the SAME TIME. I just about had it because do ya'll want to rent this place or nah? At that point I was fed up and emailed him back telling him what a horrible experience they provided me with. This "realty" is a SCAM; they're trying to book everyone on the SAME DAY to drive up demand. This YAKOOV is a complete A-HOLE with no regards to someone's time or urgency. The fact that the phone rings forever and nobody answers should be a dead give away that this is a fake company. If I could give them no stars I would…read more So, I drive all the way to Sheepshead Bay for the Zillo apartment 2680 E 19th Brooklyn apartment B4, that. Guy named Alex Hecht was showing the space. He couldn't meet me but said the super would be opening it up, then closing it up. I asked how would I get into the building. Then, he says, 'Just ring any bell someone will let you into the building.' Now I can see this is a scam already because real realty and property managers use more professional ways of showing spaces when someone isn't there which is highly unusual and unlikely.
