Their guarantee also comes with once there is an "attempted" repair it is now addressed and void no matter if it was actually achieved. If you use him make sure you know building materials or he will estimate medium to low quality material by preying on your ignorance. We thought we were getting a good sheetrock for our bathroom remodel and after noticing the walls crying after showers we were informed that we only had mid grade because we didn't ask for the better sheetrock. How would we know that! Deceiving comes to mind. Besides that, the light was off center, cabinet crooked, backsplash installed incorrectly, sparkle tape exposed all around ceiling, corners and seams are rough, and numerous other items which the contractor claims to be addressed and complete.

Joe was hired to do my driveway last year asphalt/blocks. He ended up getting a few jobs from my…read moreneighbors. Instead of finishing my job first he started the other two jobs at the same time. His workers dumped dirt and rocks all over my backyard from the other locations. I cant grow grass in those areas now and have to pay someone to come out to correct. The asphalt at the end of my driveway pitches down and has bubbled up, and numerous spots have cracked and broken off, leaving dirt exposed underneath. He melted my metal fence when he poured the driveway and got black tar all over my brand new white fence along my driveway. He left his equipment in my driveway which left holes in the new asphalt in many places and he said he would fix it but did not. I have called and texted them and no one has called me back. Joe has to rush to finish and always try to start another job to lock it in before finishing the other work. He says making the customer happy is important but he really doesn't follow through on it. I am embarrassed that I recommended him to my neighbors and would avoid using them at all costs.
