I called Quality, and he said, no problem. Within an hour or two I had a new dishwasher installed within my old cabinets. It looks like it was made to go there. If you go, be sure to deal with the owner, Bill, or his male colleague (Dave I think). If you happen to stop in when only the woman is working, walk away. I didn't catch her name, and don't know if she may be a relative, given the freedom she felt to be so rude to me on a number of occasions, but she was very rude and unprofessional both on the phone and in person. For example, I asked for verification on pricing I was given, because it was SIGNIFANCTLY higher that what I was quoted by another retailer, ($25 vs. $15 on one particular tile!) and was told "Well, you should just buy it there then." So I did. Would have like to have given Bill the business vs. driving the extra half hour, but I will not support any business that treats customers this way.

We want to start off by saying that the cleaning was not great. There were many areas that were…read moremissed, even they were obviously visible (please see the photos). What aggravated us were the excuses as to why some of the work was not done properly. Due to that, we have decided to write a review and share our experience. We made a mistake even giving $100 tip. 1. We had to finish their work in the end of the day. The bathroom on our first floor was not cleaned properly. Ivan was in charge of it. The bathroom on our second floor was cleaned by a lady (we do not know her name) who did a better job. There were other clients online that had a same issue with the service provided by Ivan. 2. They are not equipped to clean a garage, yet they accepted it. Of course, then, we had the expectation that they would do a good job. Since it's been accepted, they might as well do it right. Again, Ivan was the one working on the garage. The equipment were not too difficult to clean. Ivan left the shelves and our equipment so dusty, especially the floors (and manager's comment is that they do not clean unfinished floors). Then again, why accepted it if he would not clean the floor. Please see the photos. 3. They arrived late, which support the other negative reviews online. The agreement was 11am. They arrived after 12pm. We had plans that we had to delay. We were notified at 10:29am, only half an hour before the agreed arrival. However, this is not a huge deal to us. But just want to give everyone a heads up that there is a large chance you need to wait. 4. Ivan's "walkthrough" was rushed. We understood that it was late in the afternoon, but the time of the day should not affect the service. I pointed out to him the bathroom on 1st floor, but we felt it was ignored. He was on a rush. Also, it could be a language barrier since he had a difficult time communicating in English. We pointed out the shelves with dusts (please see the photos), and same reaction of not wanting to do it. 5. The manager offered that they would return and clean the untouched areas. It's late in the afternoon, and we had to leave the house. I do not think it is fair to us to wait again. In addition to that, it is not acceptable to send the same staff (Ivan) who did not do a good job. If she offered to send the lady who did a better job, we would have considered. But she kept insisting to send Ivan back, along with the other lady - even we emphasized that we do not want him to return. Please see the photos. I would not recommend their service. We thought we would have a great first impression, however we did not. We are trying to find a good cleaning company since we are new in the area and just recently moved from a different county. Also most especially, we need a consistent one because we are buying another house. We wanted a professional service. Unfortunately, we are disappointed. Update and response to the manager: 1. It is NOT true we are satisfied. Clearly based on our review, we are extremely disappointed. 2. There are no "agreements" discussed prior to the cleaning. They left our curtains, window boarders, mirror behind the bathroom door, master's bedroom side table, toilet bowl of 1st floor bathroom, shelves and multiple areas untouched. 3. There are three residents in the house who witnessed the poor service. Therefore, they have the right to submit their reviews, regardless of the number of point of contacts. 4. Regarding the manager's comment about responding to her prior writing the reviews - we have had multiple conversations via text. Yet, the manager is not listening to our feedback and preference. As mentioned, she kept insisting to send the staff who did a poor job. She should send a different one. She did not grant our request.

The pictures listed the required cleaning, especially the *chandeliers* - (See the attached DROPBOX link that was provided to Rosie's before she accepted the project). So, I understood when Rosie's raised the hourly rate from $165 to $200 after their review of the work. Only two of the three expected Rosie's employees arrived. I showed the staff the house because their office had not described the anticipated work. They seemed put off and said they had to call the office. Within twenty minutes, the office called me and told me they could not clean the chandeliers. Cleaning the chandeliers was a required item agreed to before the scheduled cleaning. if Rosie's couldn't provide this type of cleaning, that was understandable, but I required a company to clean the chandeliers. When I explained the pre-condition of the job, Rosie's agreed they would be able to clean the chandeliers. I explained the work required in detail and provided pictures to Rosie's before them accepting the job. WHY AGREE TO CLEAN THE CHANDELIERS IF YOUR COMPANY IS NOT EQUIPPED TO PERFORM THE TASK? When we told him that besides the painting we also needed carpentry (new to the area we didn't know anybody) he was able to find a person to work alongside to complete the carpentry in record time. He also demonstrated a good artistic ability for colors and esthetics. He made suggestions that save us expense. They prepared and painted the walls of the basement, garage and powder room. Installed and finished the baseboards in the basement, installed a frame and door to a closet, prepared and stained the stairs going to the basement and removed the carpet from the bedrooms' hallway and installed new wood floors. He acquired the paints and all the other supplies. All this work had to be done in a week and in the middle of the tragic pandemic environment. The quality of the work was first class. I decide who I hire, it was very assumptive. The owner has behavior patterns that is disturbing. Other things were said/done that made me very uncomfortable. I'd suggest choosing someone(anyone!) else which is what I did. This man will be condescending, name drop, and violate your boundaries.

Steve, the owner, was our project manager. At first, I was hesitant when I learned he sub-contracts most of the work. For our last house, we hired a contractor that did most of the work himself. We had issues back then with uneven tiles, cabinets not correctly aligned, bad grout work, leaky drains. Steve, on the other hand, brings in all professionals to do most the work. He manged the project and also did all the paperwork regarding permits. He has a portfolio of professional contractors that he brought in. Besides the typical plumber and electricians, there was a tile company, carpenter, sheetrock company, glass company, cabinet and trim company just to name a few. And most if not all of them are from neighboring towns like Westfield, Clark, Elizabeth, Union and Newark which helps with timing and staying on schedule. The work they perform were solid. No more leaky drains or uneven floors like our last house. We will not go back to a one person that does all-type of contractor from now on. It's much better working with specialist in their field. Regarding the kitchen reno, we had a wall removed between the kitchen and dining rooms. All new appliances, cabinets, countertops, new tiled flooring and backsplash, recess lighting, and added a 2nd mini kitchen sink. Also new under cabinet floor heating and a glass panel door leading to our basement that Steve recommended. For the master bath, we expanded the size of the corner shower by reducing the size of an adjoining closet, added new vanity, tiles, exhause fan and glass shower door. Steve is very detail orientated. He cares more about the final product rather than getting the job done quick and cheap. Our kitchen and master bath went from looking like 1970s to present day. We have no regrets with using Juzefyk Brothers construction and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. I found American home remodeling during the pandemic when we were considering finishing our back…read moreyard. They offered a reasonable price for a patio but we weren't ready at the time. Fast forward 2 years and we were finally ready and they came back with a solid estimate but had to raise the price. They were definite not inexpensive but they made up for that with the quality and quickness of the work. I had an entire 1000 sq ft paver patio and fire pit put in with a zipper drain and the pitch of the ground done to eliminate water pooling toward the house. They showed up when they said they would (with a slight reschedule here and there) and they finished the patio within 2 weeks. It's beautiful and very well installed. They also dug a trench on the side of my house where I get water pooling and fixed a crack in my foundation and installed a zipper drain there tying into my downspouts. They also built a fence for me a few weeks later and completed that job in a day. The finishing and professionalism was good. See the pics attached. It cheap but you get what you pay for. A job done quickly andas expected and no games with the pricing or up charging.
