This little spot is still banging out great Mexican food and is a pleasure to have in Fairfield. Thank you Oaxaca Cuisine!

The staff here is very nice and the restaurant is very clean. You do have to walk thru the kitchen to go to the restroom but everything looked very clean. The dishes we had were good they had good flavors very title spice. The star was the coffee one of the best cafe de la olla that I have ever had. They have a good amount of seating and parking.

Went to Oaxaca Cuisine today, was greeted by a sweet young lady. Her name was Enet. Food was delicious. Music playing in the back. Very soft where you could still a conversation. Will be returning.

LOVE their Breakfast Burritos! I finally found a place with the BEST breakfast burritos. Good size burritos made with fresh ingredients and lots of cheese - no frozen potatoes. The tortilla is toasted to perfection on the griddle. You can choose between bacon, chicken sausage, chorizo to name a few. I always pick the bacon. Some may say $16 is a lot for a breakfast burrito. But it is so good and so worth every penny. We have eaten breakfast here several times on a Saturday morning, the food is very good. We've even Door Dashed from here. We have yet to try their dinner menu but I'm confident the food is just as good. We like coming here on Saturday mornings because the food is good and we never have to wait in a long line to be seated. There is indoor dining, and I believe a few tables outside. There is usually both Mexican music and the news in Spanish playing in the background. I would prefer maybe just the music for a nice, casual dining experience. Overall, I really like this place. This may be my top Mexican restaurant in Fairfield. Definitely coming back here.

I was excited to try this new restaurant in Fairfield as I've ordered from their other businesses in Napa. Presentation was really good, per usual, and the food was so good as well. My daughter ordered a burrito and I ordered the fried quesadillas. Both were so fresh and tasty. The fresh lemonade I ordered, however tasted like it was made with artificial lime juice? Like the little green lime shaped bottle. It just wasn't good at all. That's really my only complaint, which is minor. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes that caught my eye.

Came here after my daughter suggested that we try it out. We came here when it was a bbq joint. Looking at menu, we weren't sure what to expect. We came for breakfast. My daughter ordered bistec con nopales. Her boyfriend and I both ordered chilaquiles. I added pastor & he added asada. My husband ordered the paleo breakfast. We also had their caffe del olla. There were 2 ladies taking orders. The place had good amount of people. It took a little time to get our coffees. They were piping hot! Our food came and we were amazed at how good it looked. Not only did it look good, but it was delicious. Their chilaquiles was soaked in the sauce and they did not skimp on providing sauce with it. The portions were generous and every bite was full of flavor. They cooked my egg scrambled as I requested. The table was quiet as we all devoured our individual dishes. This place delivered delicious plates of food. We will definitely be coming back here. I have eaten chilaquiles at other restaurants and I will say this is the best one I have had. Try them out-their food is delicious!

I've had food from this place three or four times already, and they have delivered every single time. The meat was so tender and juicy. Everything on my plate was cooked perfectly and tasted so fresh. The coffee was so good. Wish I could make it at home every day. I've also had the chilaquiles and they were good too. The lady was super friendly and attentive and the places is so cute and a lovely environment to have a great breakfast or lunch. Really have my fingers crossed that this place makes it.

Oaxaca cuisine has a very cozy atmosphere with delicious food and drinks. The pineapple and cucumber lemonades were very refreshing and delicious on such a warm day. The chilaquiles had the perfect amount of spice and great flavor. The tres leches pancakes were very delicious and served as a sweet treat to share.

So satisfied with this place from the service to the food. Such a clean establishment. The food was so good my husband and I both had the steak and eggs such a god cut of meat. The eggs were fluffy. Salsa molcajete was amazing. Only recommendation would be to offer tortillas hechas a mano during breakfast instead of toast. Besides that everything was lovely.

    Maricela E.

Ordered the chilaquiles and huevos rancheros. Both dishes were excellent with lots of sauce and flavor. Will definitely go back to try other menu items!

    Chilaquiles

The service was ok. The food was mediocre at best. The chilaquiles had absolutely no flavor, the tlayuda had a sliver of cheese and the meat was cold. The "steak" and eggs was $22 the steak was the less than the size of my palm, we ordered it medium well and it came very well done dry and chewy and pre cut. We ordered pancakes for my two girls they were also tasteless. They didn't bring out my nephews food on time so we were all well into our meal when they brung out his, he ordered pancakes and chicken. The chicken was cold on the inside. The orange juice tasted watered down. I ordered a strawberry mimosa, it was ok. I ended up giving it away. The only good thing was the cafe de olla. That right there was very delicious. We ordered one to go and the servers response was "we don't give free refills on the coffee"like ok? We're ordering one to go. I can't believe how busy it was bc the food was not good at all. I would not recommend this place and I'll never go back.

    Chilaquiles and tres leches pancakes

Came here with my family this am and it was delicious! We ordered the red chilaquiles with chicken, tres leches pancakes and my brother got the green chilaquiles with asada and not only was the presentation amazing but so was the flavor. We also got the cafe de olla which was so yummy but my favorite was the freshly squeezed orange juice! Staff was so friendly as well. 10/10 overall experience, we can't wait to go back!!

Spongy and weird and so were the hashbrowns and the hollandaise was just kind of off, and runny. What was epic?? The FRUIT. Large portion, berries and mango and none of the filler melons that most places use. It was the good stuff! I guess next time we really should try the waffles, because apparently that's what it's known for and I don't know why we didn't go with that but we just weren't feeling something sweet today. Hopefully, next time will be epic all around! (as far as ambience, it's a cute little place, the music was decent, and the tables were well appointed. Neither of us use the bathroom, and that's usually one way to tell how clean the place/kitchen is. We will definitely check it out next time)

Seeing that it was raining and I didn't want to order for my usual spots I decided to give this place a try. I got the Mushroom, Bacon and Brie omelet which sounded stellar! I did not seat inside but it was door dashed to me. The way they packed it was very nice and it came in nice containers, it also looked great. I also like that it gave me an option to have it with either toast or muffin which I found unique. Unfortunately, though the presentation was nice, the omelet was extremely bland. The egg was also overcooked and rubbery, the potatoes were also tasteless. The muffin however was very good, carrot and raisin, delicious. My boyfriend got the chipotle breakfast burrito (which I forgot to take a picture of), he said it was okay, I tasted it and also thought it was fine. Overall, not my cup of tea, but I do see some potential here. I think with minor tweaks this could be a great spot but I may give it awhile before returning (hopefully not another 10 years).

There's a counter area where you can order coffee, pastries, breakfast items, or food to-go, while the left side has a hostess stand if you'd prefer full table service inside or on the patio. The brunch menu was a bit limited, and I ended up ordering the croissant sandwich. The croissant itself was soft and fresh, but overall the sandwich left me wanting a little more flavor. It was on the smaller side, didn't have much bacon, and even with the preserved tomato aioli it felt a bit underwhelming. The breakfast potatoes also weren't really my favorite. They were small whole potatoes with the skins on and heavily seasoned with cayenne pepper. Personally, I would've liked another side option such as fresh fruit. That said, the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. For two croissant sandwiches, two iced teas, and a side of fries, the total came to around $70 with tip, which felt a little pricey for the overall experience. The property itself is beautiful. It looks like they host live music and events in the outdoor quad area, and I noticed they also offer wood-fired pizza after 11 AM, which honestly sounds worth coming back to try. Overall, I have mixed feelings as the atmosphere and service were great, but the food didn't quite live up to expectations for me personally.
