Do not buy from these people. Salespeople misrepresent the product, and then once the product is installed, they refuse to correct their mistakes. When you try to reason with them, they twist the truth and try to blame the customer. They will correct a problem for more money. Beware of this company. The response from Oasis is these comments is missing the point. The salesperson that did the measurements never verbally communicated with the customer, the options for the height of the glass. They made their own assumptions which were a mistake. They don't want to own their mistake. An option is to charge more money to correct the problem. read more

Oasis installed our primary bathroom shower door. The door is awesome. It is high quality and the hardware is beautiful. They gave us a walkthrough on care and left us with a squeegee and two can of glass cleaner. They really want our door to be perfect and it is! Highly recommend. read more

I am very impressed with this company. Back in 2019 I ordered two shower doors and one sliding bathtub door from them. All went well, except that the bathtub door was missing a part and was therefore a bit wobbly. For some reason, rather than telling them, I asked my contractor to try to fix it. He didn't have the right part, but tried his best anyways, and in January 2022 it was still having issues. So I finally called Oasis and told them what happened. Even though more than 2 years had passed, they took full responsibility and came out and fixed it within days. I was fully expecting them to say that I should have told them 2 years ago. They didn't even mention how much time had passed. I highly recommend them. It feels so rare these days to find people with such professionalism. Really didn't want to have to write this post as we really enjoyed our pre-purchase experience at Oasis. But that's where it ended for us unfortunately.. we purchased a $3000 custom shower door and they sent a professional out (Eric) to measure our shower and approve the setup of the shower install. He said everything looked great and would place the order for the glass accordingly. We waited approx. 2 months for the door to come in (which was fine) and then get installed. Since that day (in September 2022) our shower door has leaked (majorly) every single shower. We have contacted Oasis many times to address the issue and we either get ignored or some additional excuse like our shower pan was installed improperly (which is not true as Oasis "approved" the design before even measuring or installing). Oasis has come out once to address the problem, which to them is giving us an additional plastic insert to block the leakage. Unfortunately not only does it ruin the esthetic of the door, but it also hasn't stopped the door from leaking. At that visit, we also were told the door was coming off the wall already and would need to be re-secured. Still, after every single shower, there is a massive puddle to mop up. We have tried everything, from repositioning the shower head, to changing the water pressure, to changing angles of the plastic insert we received as a "solution" ... nothing works. At this point we paid $3000 for a door that will ultimately cause water damage to the floors of our brand new bathroom (and likely the ceiling to the floor under it). My advice? Save your money and hassle and keep the ugly shower curtain; or go with a different company. Super disappointing. read more

One of our shower doors has had issues 3x since installation. This was one of the worst home improvement companies I have worked with. I just retired from 40 years in the construction business and am still dumb founded how this company can exist. I don't see them being around much longer. The ordering was ok (Peabody location). The salesman, Conner T., was unenthusiastic but somewhat knowledgeable. We placed an order for a standard size 5' sliding shower door anyway. With a 5-6 week lead-time after final measurements was done, the glass arrived incorrect. It was not prepared for the hardware we ordered and the bottom edge of the shower door had ALOT of splash over onto the bathroom floor. The hardware mishap was acknowledged by the installer and he said the glass would be replaced to accept the specified hardware in a 7-10 days. He stated that I would receive a call to schedule. I have not received a call to schedule this correction, nor have my calls been returned that have been left on voicemail of the retails store in Peabody or the corporate office in Feeding Hills, MA. The quality and price are just not in line for this company. It's best for home owners who just don't know better and have deep pockets. Stay away! read more

I ordered shower doors for two bathrooms and in one the work was not done right (think door not aligned well. 2nd they got the wrong part and indicated that they need to swap out the part. Oasis Shower Doors is the place to go if you want frameless shower glass doors that are really cool. Sure, there are other glass places out there that do frameless shower doors, but ultimately they are glass places and frameless shower doors is a segment of their business. We certainly put Oasis through the paces. First, I contacted them multiple times before I put in my tile. And guess what - it matters what kind of tile you put in your bathroom. I had picked a beautiful glass tile - but really no one suggests using glass tile with a frameless shower door. So Oasis saved me that pain. Oasis also suggested using a marble carrera curb - which worked very nicely. Things got a little dicey after we had the the tile and we were finally ready for the frameless glass shower door quote. The problem is that we had envisioned the shower door going in one place and that really would not have worked well. What I will say is that Oasis really worked with us to find a solution that we would like. They came out multiple times. Ultimately, we went with what they first suggested. This little hiccup was not Oasis's fault but our error - we are first time bathroom remodelers. Frameless shower door came and the look is exactly what we wanted. The work is beautiful. On a side note, I believe Oasis has several showrooms. We visited the one in Weymouth, MA and I highly suggest that you visit the showroom. We would have gone with the regular glass not the low iron glass and that would have been a big mistake with our particular look. The only way we figured that out was by going to see the showroom. I had my shower door installed back in October and right from the start I was not happy with the look. The hinges on my shower door do not match the handles. I contacted Oasis and my sales person. To try and make a long story short, they were both very much unhelpful. My sales person came back and pretty much stormed out of my house like a child lost for words about my door. After numerous calls on how disappointed I was with my door and how my sales person acted about the situation I finally spoke with someone else who was very nice and wanted to help me. He came out and agreed with me and told me he would fix the problem, not cash my check for the balance due yet and get this taken care of. After more parts were ordered the guys were sent back and they agreed that the existing hardware did not match however the new hardware ordered didn't really match my brushed nickel faucets ect. In my bathroom. So the other person came back (I hate to use names because I am not trying to upset anyone just make my point clear.) that was helping me and he had mentioned in a phone call how he thinks the handles were ordered wrong. So I felt like ok well they are admitting this and they really want to fix the problem. We are now in January more samples were ordered. I was told how different manufacturers all had a slight difference in coloring. He came back with the samples and now it seems that everything was done right, yet my door still has mismatched hardware in my eyes. I was not settling for this because I still feel that the product they sold me should have flowing matching hardware. I was also told it was the lighting in my bathroom and color of my tile. Funny though when the lights are off the hinges look even darker. After numerous calls and texts. My issue is still not resolved, after numerous calls I have made it clear that both my husband and I dislike the door. They assured me it was top quality and the hinges are darker because they are brass and are a solid product. My only option now is to have the door removed and have to deal with this all over again somewhere else. They have cashed my check knowing I am dissatisfied and I have not heard back since. I will post pictures so you can see. I paid about $2,400 for this door and the hardware should match. Bottom line. I trusted my sales person and spent almost double because he recommended the French doors and in the end my husband and I feel as though the door is not good looking at all. Paid over $2000 for a standard clear shower door with a half-pane on top of a half-wall. Ordered (and paid in full) on 1/9/2017. One month later, still no door. Took several phone calls to finally get an installation date. Door installed on 2/16/2017. Had to wait two days for silicon to cure. First use: it leaked like a sieve. Big puddle. Called and got a second appointment. Installers added seal to edge of door and reapplied silicon to splash guard on sill. Three more days for it to cure. Tried again: leaks like a sieve. I am glad I read these posts..I giess I am not the only person who's not happy with there shower. Mines got installed in late November 2018 and it was not what I wanted from the show room.They were quick to take my money but now they don't want to fix the problem. Know they say it can not be done when 2 people from show room told me it could..I wanted brackets on my tile walls clean lines and what I got wad a silver lining all the way around it.I wanted them to fix the problem now they fipped the script..I told them Im not happy with they way it looks that not what I paid for all they say oh we want you to be happy. ok than fix the problem! So all I ask is please just take it back & give me my money manager had said ok we will give you your money & pay for any damages they than put me in a cofrence call & Rick or Chris dnt remember his name quite well saids so I will go pick it up but will not pay for any damages..REALLY?? My bathroom was just remodeled completely new walls & tiles etc and your telling me you wont pay for damages caused by y'all? If I was to damage they're glass I would have to pay highly..how professional are they? Oasis is a fantastic company to work with! I paid the extra money to have the door streak proof, no squeezing necessary! I used them at our former home, and when we moved to a condo, we redid our bathrooms and they were the only company I called. They guarantee there work, great installers, good customer service, they are as good as it gets. I know people who have used a company in Cohasset, and it has been a nightmare, they installed it backwards, with the streak proofing on the wrong side, plus it leaked. Go to Oasis only!! read more
