As a new/first-time homeowner I'm prone to making mistakes. On a hot day I was working from our basement office and decided to try and open one of the windows. My house was built in 1962 and I'm sure this window hadn't been open since the 70s. Jammed, I tried prying and forced it opened. Unfortunately, I cracked the window in the process. As you can see from the attached photos, this window is old and there was no way I could find a new one to replace it. At first, I was worried I'd have to pay someone to replace the entire window--a much larger project that I intended to do a few years down the road. Luckily I found Rod and Zagora glass. On Thursday I called Rod and left a message about my situation. He called back the same night, even though I got to him after hours. After sending him a picture of the damage I had done, Rod was sure he could fix it. I met him the next day to drop off the window (Friday) and was told he would have it complete by Tuesday. Rod messaged me on Sunday that it was done and I picked it up this afternoon (Monday). Rod is a great guy and does great work. I will absolutely be using him in the future and plan on referring him to friends/family in the area. read more

Zagora Glass was impressive from from start to finish. The person I spoke with in my initial call set up a time for someone from Zagora to come look at the broken pane of insulated glass, and Rod from Zagora was there exactly at the appointed time. He took the measurements, and off he went. He returned a few days later, again right at the appointed time, and carefully installed the fully new 27"x27" insulated pane and frame -- the whole window not just the glass! -- that had been manufactured by Zagora because the original window was so old that replacement parts were no longer available. I highly recommend this company! Their number is now in my phone in case I need them again. Excellent customer service, fair prices and outstanding workmanship. read more

On a Saturday, a week before closing on our house we sold... my husband shoots a rock from the lawn mower straight though the sliding glass door and shatters it. I phoned at least 6 places prior to calling Zagora Glass. Everyone wanted to replace the whole door and take 2-3 weeks for the job. Zagora came the next day (Sunday!!) when they normally don't work.
