5 months update! Quality is still there but the CUSTOMER SERVICE needs a lot of HELP! If you're a super busy person, on a schedule, or taking meetings from home, etc. Don't count on getting in on time. Every appointment I've made I've had to wait a VERY long time! One time 1.5hours for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!! That time there was complaints for other scheduled ppl but the walk-ins were taken care of in a timely matter and she kept talking them in when she couldn't even catch up / have the staff to do so. Why have a schedule if you're not going to use it. That time she promised if I came back after the other lady got hers done I'd get a free set for the inconvenience which also never happened nor any sort of discount for a three appointment. With the 1.5 hour wait for a set appointment time I ended up missing an important dinner when I should have been in n out in an hour at my scheduled time. In total that whole appointment took 3 hours in person just for a fill that was SCHEDULED. She does not VALUE TIME / APPOINTMENTS and struggles with TIME MANAGEMENT. I understand trying to get in as many ppl as possible but this is EXTREME. Ppl think I'm crazy for continuing to come here and I'm starting to think so too. I hate writing reviews but I'm writing this waiting for a scheduled nail repair after coming in twice already! I've already been waiting thirty mins typing this out. Now, sometimes I stop in THREE separate times for my one appointment bc the time she said she'll be ready she won't be. Most people don't have time to sit around which is why they schedule. It's honestly so stressful to get a simple fill every month. I've also been charged different prices for the same exact fill! Last time was a ten dollar difference and I normally tip $10 so $70 for a fill is crazy to me especially with the lack of service. So good work but definitely comes with a cost. read more

Yelp still hasn't changed the stars and still requires 1 to write a review. The 1 star I'm giving is a joke. These cheaters deserve 0. Came for a gel removal. Quoted $10. Asked if I should make an appt, the lady said no and to walk in. Well, when I did, all 3 ladies were busy. The lady who took me confirmed I wanted gel removal then asked if I wanted a manicure. I said no. She asked if I wanted my nails cut. I said no then she said something about too long of nails and breaking so I asked if cutting was part of the removal service. She said yes. I asked this very question 3 times. All 3 times she said yes. Just before I got done, another lady came up real close and slightly poked the lady doing my removal and did the money sign with her hands. Wtf? When I went to pay, was told it was $20!! I told them I asked and each time she said it was included. Of course i get blank stares like they don't understand what I'm saying. If you don't understand what I'm asking, get someone else who does! I asked how much a reg manicure is and the owner I think said $25! So for $5 more, I could've just gotten a reg manicure?? Then she says it's too late to get one when there was still 20 mins left. The idiot who charged my card was literally laughing at the situation. I really don't think she understood what the issue was. I mean HOW can you just laugh?? These nail salons. It's all the same nonsense. I'm done. I'll paint my own damn nails and if not, even bare nails are better than putting up with this crap. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company. It's not about money. IT'S THE PRINCIPLE. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to and I've been to many over my lifetime. I only went there because I received a gift certificate for Christmas and used it for a pedicure today 3/11/25. I said up front that I would like the nails cut short. After he cut and filed them I said,"could you make this one shorter and gestured to the pinky toe. He misunderstood and cut them all down. I felt pain in my big toe and winced. When I was done a woman who worked there asked me how I liked it. I said it was ok but I didn't expect to be bleeding from the big toe. I just didn't know what else to say so I just gave her my gift certificate and tipped 15+%. About 1.5 hours later I was at the gym walking in tennis shoes and felt pain in the same big toe. I thought I better return to the oasis nail shop and ask for a receipt since I didn't have anything to show as proof of my pedicure etc.. She (Lilly) said she needed to see my toe again and took 10 minutes to come back and she put neosporin on it and they both took photos of it. I asked the woman if she was going to give me a receipt and she said No! She was very rude and said I don't need it. Then I asked to speak to the owner. She said they're not here and to come back after 7:00! I'm not coming back but give me the name and also the name of the guy who did my pedicure. She started SCREAMING AT ME saying I didn't need it and she wouldn't allow him to speak when I asked him directly. I explained calmly that I had a friend who had (somewhere else) gotten an infection that ended with her in the ER and unable to walk for a week. I said that isn't happening now but that's why I requested a transaction receipt. She yells at me saying she doesn't know how to do that.? Then she screamed at me to get out and don't come back! Do not use this salon under any circumstances. A nightmare scenario. Praying I don't get an infection. I would give zero rating but 1 is the lowest. The owner has commented back with a story about the appointment that must have me confused with someone else. I wasn't in this scenario at all and was not denied service! That's how I got the cut on my toe! Maybe someone else has had that experience but you need to check yourself and any video because that wasn't me! How unprofessional can you get.? Never coming back here. I came in for a simple gel manicure and my nails were longish but my 2 pointer finger nails had recently broke. The nail tech doing my nails kept the length of all the nails so now they are all different lengths and she shaped the nails one hand square and my other hand is all shaped round. Literally wtf. I asked her too if she was going to cut the nails to match the shorter ones and she said it would look fine. Then when she was all done I looked and they are a mess! Of course it's so awkward to say anything so i just paid and left. Waste of $40 Edited to add: none of the tools used on me were sanitized before me. She just pulled them out of a basket. You could tell the buffer block had been used on many people before me as it was starting to tear before she used it on me. read more

The owner of the shop is an absolute gem and always accommodates me but today I go in to get a manicure and I was utterly embarrassed by the tech that did my nails and told me to hurry up and pick a design because she's busy. I would have gladly waited for another tech to put the pearls on my nails but instead she was so rude to me to the point where I paid and left and didn't get my eye brows done. Great little shop, convenient for me to do several errands at once. Since Michelle is on maternity leave, Nancy is taking her clients-- nails dip, ect. Nice enough but dip cracked on several nails after 1 week. She repaired at no charge. Pedicure Goddess is MI. I don't want to give her up but she's amazing- a real, luxurious pedicure with no rush, massage, scrub.... I even bring my husband who's heels get the attention they desperately. I just hate leaving bad reviews, but this one, I just absolutely had to, and sorry but this is a long one. I used to get my nails done for years, but stopped about 3 years ago other then a shellac manicure one time I think. I've been nervous to do it because it's a commitment that I wasn't sure I wanted to start again, and I've been researching looking for a good place for a month now. I saw this place on yelp, plus someone raved about them on a community page I follow. Another plus was that they did dip manicures which I've been wanting to try because I have really frail nails. I had made an appointment a few days ago through Yelp and was excited to get an immediate response. My appointment was for 230. I was so excited. My excitement turned into a little frustration when I had to wait over 30 minutes before they got started. Not a good first impression. Also they didn't have anyone wash their hands or wipe anything down after use I noticed... When the lady finally took me, she seemed frustrated that I hadn't chosen a color. When I first walked in she told me to pick but being as I had never done dip I didn't know which samples were the correct ones. I told her what I wanted which was like a marble effect and she said she couldn't do that with the dip, ok fine. Then I was super rushed to pick something, and added that I had seen that they have butterfly decals. I chose a color, asked her to choose a complimentary one, and the butterflies. As she was applying the butterflies, she stated that they were too big, made my nail look bulky. Fast forward to a super rushed nail job, and 3 cuts later (one happens, but three?) She asked me toward then end if I wanted the butterflies off. Well by then I was so upset and frustrated I said they're fine. I also asked her to get the stuff out from under my nails, and she stated she was trying as she aggressively filed under my nails. I could tell she knew it was a bad job, and that I wasn't happy but with all of the customers, walk ins and her frustration, she just let it go. She also sighed heavily my entire appointment. Also at the end she rubbed lotion into my hands, however she still had the powder from the dip all over hers so it wasn't comfortable. With how frustrated she seemed, I didn't feel comfortable saying anything about any of it. Also I realized at the end that she didn't even push my cuticles back before starting which is a must I thought! In the end she told me she wouldn't change me for the butterflies, which was nice of her after all of that, but I didn't leave a tip. I have only done that one other time in my life, but this experience was completely and utterly awful. I spent 10 minutes trying to get all of the stuff out from under my nails, picking off the gel from my skin, and filing rough edges. I hope instead of causing problems, this helps them to realize that customers pay for a good experience as well as a good nail job. She didn't even say hi, how are you today? Just simple and nice etiquette, right? So disappointed that I waited so long to get my nails done for this. read more
