The treatments work quickly and effectively and I could not be happier with the results so far!! But I have to specifically call out Jasmine Aubrey at this location because this angel saved me from a mental breakdown the other day!! I had lapsed on my 6-8 week period between appointments and was absolutely freaking out about it and she went so far above to find me some appointments at another location!! She literally saved me from absolutely losing it!! She is one of the nicest people and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that's something I think the world needs more of. 10/10 service here - if you're thinking about laser hair removal or facial treatments/botox/cool sculpting etc, go with this place. It is the BEST!! Thank you LaserAway! I can't wait to be done with my treatments and glide through life like a slick little hairless porpoise

LaserAway Arcadia taught me something I wish I had learned sooner. A clinic can look sleek, sound…read moreconfident, and still offer shockingly little beneath the surface. Clear & Brilliant: My experience began with six Clear & Brilliant sessions. During the initial video consult, I was given bold, unwavering promises about reducing a raised scar on my face. The certainty was impressive, almost theatrical. Six sessions and $1,800 later, the scar looks more noticeable than before. When I brought this up, the story shifted instantly. Suddenly, Michdlle told mr something completely different, as if the original promises had never been spoken. A dermatologist later confirmed what LaserAway never mentioned: some chains simply don't have the equipment to treat certain scars, but they'll still sell you the package anyway. That realization was the first crack in the façade. Filler: Then came the filler. I received cheek filler in October 2025. A few months later, I developed a soft, fluid‑like pocket in the exact area where the filler was injected. When I called, I wasn't met with concern. I was met with contradiction, deflection, and a tone that suggested my questions were an inconvenience. At my follow‑up appointment, the clinical trainer took photos and briefly "consulted her team." Within minutes, she returned with a conclusion that felt pre‑written long before I walked in: not filler‑related. No explanation. No curiosity. No genuine attempt to understand what was happening. Just a quick dismissal and a recommendation to see my primary care provider. The entire interaction felt like watching a performance where the lines were memorized, the expressions rehearsed, and the outcome predetermined. It was impossible to ignore the disconnect between the polished image they project and the lack of accountability behind it. I explained that I had never experienced anything like this before and that the swelling appeared exactly where the filler was placed. My concerns were brushed aside with the kind of practiced detachment that only comes from repeating the same script to too many dissatisfied customers. LaserAway Arcadia offered me contradictions, dismissals, and a complete absence of responsibility. I walked in expecting expertise. I walked out realizing I had been treated like a transaction, not a patient. If you're considering this location, let my experience be the warning I never received. Some places shine brightly on the surface, but the moment you need honesty or support, the lights go out. Stay away!

Since then I have gone to only one other place due to the fact that someone gave me a gift certificate to a dermatologist as a gift. I will NOT trust anyone else to come near my face for laser or a needle. Charles is honest about what should and should not be done. I go to Tara for Morpheus 8 , as I am not a young person anymore and I need help! I watched a TON of things on GloMed Spa's IG before doing this treatment last year, as well as You Tube videos. I do not want a mini face lift, yet.. I have done a ton to take care of my skin despite growing up on a beach which meant all the things one does when living in California on a beach! I was a runner; played beach volleyball and I even used babyoil and BURNED my skin once thinking that getting a 'base tan' , (I know!! GASP!!!!!), was the way to a good glow!!!!!! DO not do that! I learned through a family friend and physician after seeing her for the burn I suffered to NEVER DO THAT again! My point: I use sunscreen daily; drink tons of water and don't embide too frequently on things that are killers to your veins or capillaries, no smoking and a couple drinks of red wine a week, in other words. My point in this review isn't to lecture anyone but to let you know that in the eventual, we all may need a little help in terms of keeping our skin 'smooth' when we reach a certain age. I don't want a lot of help as I do want to age in a graceful manner but I do want some help in maintaining collagen. This office is amazing in giving education on what one needs and they have never guided me wrong. In terms of the Morpheus 8, I started last year with my treatments and was guided on what to expect. I was advised I would need 3 treatments and 1 or 2 following. I was also told to come in 45 minutes prior to be numb. After one of these treatments and a day -3 days of redness my skin started to glow. After the second treatment about 9 weeks later, my neck was tighter and my face had an ever more prominent glow. I didn't go in for the 3rd last year because I was involved with a major project out of town so I coupled it with a little pop of Botox in my frown line and a lip flip because for me, I don't want a inflated lip look. I came back this year and have done 2 with Tara. I read a review on here from someone who didn't do her homework.. clearly has no clue that if you are on other medications such as Ibuprofen or don't allow time for the numbing cream to take effect, you will feel the 'zap' of the laser and well, maybe you just aren't meant for the treatment. I for one, wear my AirPods because I am a child when it comes to the Morpheus and find it a bit daunting .. even after the fact I have had as many as I have had! It isn't as though laser/IPL/Morpheus 8 is a relaxing Zen spa treatment that is without a little uncomfortable moment or two. There are parts of the neck and face that have a lot of nerve endings and sting more than others. At times I have come in for a little zap of Botox and it's hurt more than other times due to the fact that I drank wine the night before ! We all have different pain tolerances at different times due to what may be going on in our bodies. That said.. I love Glo Med Spa and trust everyone here from the office staff; Charles; Tara; and Ewelina for facials. Oh and I also love that I can get Alle and Aspire points which add up :-)
