I left my water bottle there- I went to get it and it wasn't there but then they called a couple days later with it, which brought me a lot of joy and happiness... so I went back. But I take my boyfriend this time... he chooses the same style pedicure that I got, but without polish- the lady cut his nails so short that they were almost bleeding and she ground down the tops of all his nails (never seen that for him before), they were rough; she proceeds to ask him if he wants to pay $7 extra to shine his nails- which she just ground down and roughed up?! His pedicure just sucked which was annoying for us both. My rant: why tf is it so difficult for nail places to give men a good wholesome pedicure?!?! They usually are the ones paying if there- they don't need polish and this should be such an easy win for nail salons.... I just don't understand. I was very cold because I was left 5 times, one time for 6 mins, during my massage 120 min massage, with exposed wet feet. One of the other massage techs came over and apologized as I was laying there waiting for the girl to keep coming back. He put a towel over me and a leg support under me. Very nice guy. So my combo massage was bout 95 mins vs 120 due to starting late and she kept leaving. When I booked I mentioned I had a 20% off. When it was time to check out they had me standing there late for work for 12 mins while they called around to see if they felt like taking the 20%? It gets worse. After I had been there 2 1/2 hours now due to my massage starting late and then them wanting to hold me there until the owner could get there which was unbeknownst to me, the owner flew up in her car and attempted to bully me out of accepting the promo that I told them I had before even booking. I told her it was not going to happen. That they were going to take a non-expired coupon that they have produced at some point, while claiming they've never made a coupon? But still couldn't explain how I actually did have a coupon that they have made at some point! None of this should be the experience of a first time customer, my time is just as valuable as their's.
