1 Star Came in…read morebefore 9:00 PM on a Friday evening, in very cold weather, expecting a relaxing night after a long week. Unfortunately, the experience turned into unnecessary stress. Upon arrival, management informed us they had no cook and no staff available and were unsure if anyone would be coming in due to an impending storm. For context, the storm was not expected until Sunday. There was no one available to serve drinks or hookah, and we were advised to leave, eat elsewhere, and come back. When we returned later that evening (still before 11:00 PM), we asked for hookah and were quoted $43. I showed them their Instagram story posted just a few hours earlier advertising promotional pricing valid before 11 PM. Despite this, they refused to honor their own posted promotion. Between the lack of staffing, poor communication, and refusal to honor advertised pricing, this was a very disappointing experience. I came to unwind and instead left frustrated. This reflects poorly on management and overall business practices.

Elite is a great place. Easy parking, good flavors, great customer service. Unfortunately only…read moreproblem is whoever is making the hookah doesn't know what they're doing. I've gone there at least 4 times a week over the last year and it's always hit or miss. The hookah dies out in minutes and you'll be desperately inhaling hoping to get smoke. They look at you like you're crazy when you bring it up to them and just add more charcoal where it will smoke for a few seconds but then dies out again. Either they are not making it right or being cheap with the flavor. When I smoke hookah at home it lasts hours. With them you'd be lucky to get 30-45 mins of it smoking correctly. It's really upsetting because I really like this place and the owner. I don't understand why the hookah smokes bad more days than times it's smoked properly or good. If they were to change that the place would be great.

For those who appreciate attractive waitress, this is your place. I only recommend ordering premium alcohol if at any of the two bars or/and buy the bottle of your preference. The area has a heavy Spanish speaking influence, so I was greeted with Spanish every time. I'm brushing up on my Spanish (Duolingo warrior here), so I didn't mind. Everyone speaks perfect English too, and I was treated just as well as the Spanish speakers I ate with. I elected to eat the Tres Golpes. It was hearty and full of flavor. The beers are cheap, the drinks are reasonably priced, and the vibe is really fun and paid back. My only complaint is it's far away from me, it else is go there for all major sporting events.
