The easiest way to enter is from the main lobby where the Ferris wheel is located, you can go right up the stairs and walk in or you can exit the casino on the second level in the highrollers room and be right at the entrance because of the location of the doorways. There's only about eight tables and maybe 6 to 7 seats at the bar but it's usually empty. I've never seen it full as people usually sit there maybe 15-20 minutes and then go back to gaming.
