Everything was so good and the Drinks were Fabulous, they even had a fantastic comedy show with a banging D.J.

This is one of my favorite places to go see live performance. They busy all year long, they do a great job bringing popular dominican artists at a not so bad entrance charge. The place is very spacious, VIP sofas are comfortable and good looking color for pics. Altho, for some events they require the purchase of (4) bottles? to be seated in some VIP area, i guess that only works for large group of ppl.? For those who appreciate attractive waitress, this is your place. I only recommend ordering premium alcohol if at any of the two bars or/and buy the bottle of your preference. I just went yesterday, Fri. 12/12/25, to see Luis Vargas and found out the wrong way that they NO longer accept CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS. Last night my bestie and I went to Salsa TO SEE MO Nique and friends. We had a great time as always when we come to Salsa. The Dj always on point, food good and the Peach frozen Margerita was so refreshing. The service is always good everytime we go and the ambiance was just great the DJ hyped up everyone til the show began. The music had everyone singing and dancing to the old skool jams. Salsa Con Fuego is a place that my Sister is a regular at so we had to go there. The atmosphere is fun, adult, great music, great vibes! They offer Hookah if you're into it. I'm not but was not bothered in any way by smoke which was great! The waitresses were efficient, friendly, and at your service the entire time. If they stepped away, they had additional waitstaff circling to make sure that your beverages were refreshed and you also had anything else that you needed. Of course my sister loved her food! For the braised pork shoulder, it was tender, and seasoned well. The rice was perfection! Although I liked the pork shoulder, I would order something different next time. Overall at 10/10 experience! I sooooo enjoyed this spot. I ordered the skirt steak (med well) and it was cooked just RiGHT and was NOT dry. The rice and beans, and potato salad was ON POINT...The flavors were EXCELLENT. My son ordered salmon with rice and sweet plantains on the side.. Okay let's talk about those plantains, now I usually don't order because at some spots it's dry and not sweet howeverrrrrrr Salsa did their thang nice and sweet. Service was EXCELLENT. Host even gave me two cups of complimentary Cocoquito due to my wait on my dessert. Had reservations for mother's day a party of four had to wait about 15mins to get in they was bringing out the food. Got seated 3:30 . We had our holiday get together here. I must say it was amazing. The restaurant is very clean. Customer service was excellent waiters and waitresses were friendly. We had a party of 50 people. Everyone was satisfied with the food options and choices. We had our party on a Sunday when they have buffet. There were an array of food from shrimp with garlic sauce, ham, pork roast to waffle station, omelette station, pasta station, dessert bar, and much, much, much more. I am extremely disappointed in last nights event. They had a 90s theme after work happy hour event and I called to confirm this. I took a cab from my house to Salsa and was told I had to get on line which was fine .. after being online for almost an hour everyone was told that it was too crowded and to go home. Ppl were confused and baffled. Ppl paid money in transportation costs only to be asked to go home... I should have taken a picture of the line. It was down the block. I was very close to entry when we were told this. My Neice was inside and told me she waited for an hour and ending up paying " extra " to skip the line! This was unacceptable on so many levels. I'm beyond frustrated with this experience, and I need to make it clear. The food was great, as always, and this wasn't my first time there. But let me tell you--if you're not a regular and you show up on a Thursday, don't expect to be treated with any respect. I was there with my sisters to celebrate her birthday, and my sister had already been there for an hour before me and the other sister arrived. At that point, there were about five of us at the table. We ordered drinks, food, and were enjoying the DJ. Then things went downhill. The waiter kept pushing us to close out our bill, even though we still wanted to keep ordering. I told him we planned on staying and ordering more, but he insisted that the happy hour bill needed to be closed out, and a new waitress would come. But that never happened. Instead, a rude security guard--or whatever he was--came over and told us to get up. I asked to speak to someone higher up, and when I approached the man in charge, he silenced me with his finger while he was texting, and then finally told me I could speak. When I asked why we had to leave when we were still willing to spend money, he told me there's a "two-hour seating time." Well, guess what? That was never communicated when my sister came in. I've been here multiple times with my Hispanic friends, and this was NEVER an issue. This supervisor didn't directly answer a single one of my questions. He just tried to double-talk me like I wasn't even standing there. Throughout the evening, I watched him go from table to table, chatting and being friendly with everyone else, but he never came to our table. He even made sure my niece's boyfriend, who is 19 and didn't even have a drink, was forced to leave because he didn't have an ID. It felt like they were stalking us. Meanwhile, other groups who arrived around the same time as us weren't asked to leave--guess they were the regulars. Let me be clear: I will never spend another penny at this place. Just because you serve watered-down 2-for-1 drinks in rainbow slushies doesn't mean your establishment is top-tier. It's about quality, not quantity. They think by charging low prices for comedy shows and happy hour they're doing something special--no, they're not. There are plenty of other places we can go. Just because we weren't dancing and smiling to their liking doesn't mean we should be treated like garbage. We need to stop letting businesses come into our communities and disrespect us like this. This isn't even a business for us--it's geared toward Hispanics (which is fine), but our money is just as valuable as anyone else's. They gave us one night of RnB music, and that was it. It's time to put our dollars into places that actually value us. Rob Stapleton, there's a black-owned comedy club in Harlem I know you've been to recently--that's where we need to be supporting. This place will never get another dime of my hard-earned money. My family didn't deserve that treatment, and frankly, we should stop accepting being treated like second-class customers. I came here in September for my mothers bday celebration and she loved it! At first I didn't like the fact that we were waiting to be seated and we had reservations. The person who sat us wasn't even a hostess, it was an older man who was very serious. Preferably I know as a customer that I would want to be seated by a younger and lively person. I was also annoyed that it took 15min for a waiter to come but luckily the food was great and a busboy kept coming with refills of water! The skirt steak and salmon was delicious. The chicharron de pollo was so savory and tender!! I loved it, I'm a queens/Brooklyn girl and it reminded me of the chicharron de pollo I would have back in Queens & Brooklyn! I've heard so much about this place from friends, and last night I went for the first time. I had dm'd them earlier to check if they had any Cinco De Mayo deals, and all I got was "It's R&B night." My friends and I were in line, and my friend didn't have her ID (but had a picture of it.) Now it's okay for a bouncer to tell her not to come inside, but the bouncer put on a scene. He automatically caught an attitude with her and said no you gotta go. He proceeded to become more aggressive to the situation and he even held up the line to make sure she left. He even called his coworkers and described her outfit, like she stole something or her ID was fake. He blew the situation OUT OF PROPORTION. He was so dismissive & made it a point to publicly embarrass her in the moment. As I went to check on her, he attempted to kick me out as well. There were about 5/6 women who were also mentioning how rude he was specifically to women. This venue is picky and choosy with rules. I walked inside and I had a leather jacket and was told I had to do a mandatory coat check. Meanwhile people were going in with jeans jackets. Now to the bar, there were only two bartenders and it was PACKED last night. The delays for drinks were incredibly long. I got told there was a $40 dollar minimum for cards, right after my friend paid for two drinks (which were under $30) and I was confused. The hookah was $45 and some of the people were saying they take cashapp and some weren't. The coal also kept going out extremely fast. Food wise: My friend ordered chicken and rice and it was very good! In all DJ Webstar and the vibes are what saved this place. I would suggest to train the bouncers to not be so aggressive with women, and learn how to communicate effectively & respectfully. It was pretty impossible to get a drink at the bar. It took us over an hour to be seated though we had made a reservation for a birthday party and of course we were seated in the middle of everything which was horrible as 2 chairs had to be added to the end and we were the first both by the bar. So... I don't club.. I don't hookah.. but what I definitely do is show out for Halloween.. was told that a 5k prize for best costume was being offered and saw it on social media AND YOUR FLYER that you guys advertised.. so I spent 4 hours on my prosthetic makeup, paid $50 on an uber from where I live, paid an additional $40 on a ticket online just to get in... Had friends to come to support me.. worked the room and had so many people ready to cheer me on.. Because my costume was so good, people wanted and took pictures, videos, and tik tocks with me all night.. I stayed WAITING for the announcement of the contest.. As I wait, a performance now starts and the time is going by, I patiently wait to then find out at the end of the night that is not happening.. talked to people and did i get SOMETHING reimbursed, NO.. I arrived early and was told I could not sit near the stage because those seats were reserved for parties of 4+.. now I have been coming to these comedy events for 4+ years .. and this has never been a a policy... This place absolutely amazed me. It is absolutely stunning inside with multiple bars and endless tables. The music is definitely A great touch on a huge big screen TV. We got to come here on a weekday when it was fairly empty for lunch and I'm glad I did. The staff was amazing & manager also came out to talk to me asking how I like the place, since it was just me and my friend tonight. The waitress let us know Is that Thursday and the weekend are are pretty big nights in sometimes they have life performers. I was excited to see a slushy alcohol machine just as I see in Miami. My Daughter ordered from the kids meal where you pick a meal a side and a drink for $11 and extra sides are 5 as per the menu , again since we hadn't eaten my daughter ordered chicken Fingers with Fries and Mac & Cheese with Mash Potatoes (basically two kids meal) The Mac and cheese was horrible the white cheese they use gives it a funny taste my daughter tried it and didn't want it same thing with the mash potatoes no flavor like out of the box Mash potatoes again she tried it and didn't like it I wish I would have taken a picture of her face when she tasted it. I had the fried calamari again the sauce was something red with lemon not sure but I ended up not even getting through half of it . I had also ordered the Mofongo with Shrimp which at this point I am nervous to say the least. I took one bite from it and I had to call the waiter the mofongo looked greasy like a layer of grease over it and it did not taste good . I told him I didn't like the taste and he was hesitant informing me he would have to speak to the manager , I was honest with him and told him everything did not taste good and he could see that because the food was barely touched but I figured the most they can do is not charge me for the mofongo accepting a the loss with the other food . He took the plate not even a minute later the manager came over and asked what happened again I explained he asked if I had touched the food , obviously I had to taste it! It's like he wanted a reason to say no SMH !!! When I got the bill it was 85 !!!! they charged me TWO kids meal and a side for 6 which shouldn't have been the case because the meal comes with a side and even so it should have been 5 (yes a dollar!)
