From the very first phone call, the staff member spoke to me in a demanding and degrading tone, telling me I "needed" to come in to sign paperwork as if I should have already known, rather than explaining it politely for the reason being that paperwork needs to be done first. When the records were not received by the other dental office, I was repeatedly told they had been sent. During a three-way call, it was discovered the email address was entered incorrectly. Despite this, the staff member blamed me for the mistake and abruptly ended the call while I was still on the line. Mistakes happen, but the attitude, lack of professionalism, and poor communication at the front desk were disappointing. I hope management addresses this, because patient interactions should be handled with respect.

After having two prior dentists maul my teeth I was hesitant to give another one a try. My hubby prodded me and I finally gave in and made an appointment with Dr Depledge. First, there was no dental shaming with you haven't been in how long? He first took some updated photos which you can see on the flat screen TV that drops down...very cool! Next we talked about a plan to get a couple of crowns and a whitening program so my teeth will match. I've been in a few times and every time they are so pleasant and just the little extras mean a ton. He puts in Netflix while you are getting work done so you have a distraction. His office won the landscaping award with cool garden sculptures. He tries to make the environment as pleasant as possible. Pricing is reasonable and will be around $800+ for one veneer so my front smile will be perfect. They take insurance and will work with you and try to schedule so that you can get work done in different years to maximize your insurance. If you are a proclaimed "dentalphobe" like most people I highly recommend you try out Dr. Depledge.

During my last exam it was sharp, painful & I bled severely. I complained that it felt as though the doctor was scratching my gums. I told them I have had deep cleanings that weren't as excruciating & didn't understand why this experience was any different. Once home I examined my gums & saw that he had in fact cut my gums in several places leaving red bloody lines of injury. One so extreme that it continued to bleed & was irritated all night. When I had a crown crack after ~4 years, he replaced it at no cost without question. Not his fault the material was defective, just a bad batch from the lab that made them. I was sad to see him retire. However, his young replacement, Dr. Hall, has proven to be just as patient and meticulous. Monika and the rest of the staff are also very professional. Only had one bad experience with a hygienist who seemed to have a chip on her shoulder, but she did her job, so I brushed it off as a bad hair day.

I was charged a $100 dollar cancel fee because it was within 48 hours of my appointment. It was the first time I have had to cancel an appointment so close to the actual appointment. I was annoyed by the fee since I had been going there so long, but it was understandable. I was the one who cancelled. I had a cleaning appointment today (2 weeks later) so I was going to pay the fee when I arrived. When I arrived the receptionist told me all my appointments were canceled because of the fee. No phone call or text for the cancellation or the fee, nor anything stating I would have all my appointments cancelled until the fee was paid. I guess I'll have to charge them a $100 cancellation fee. Also, they have cancelled appointments the day of the appointment on me before.
