Riverside has legitimately helped me to not be afraid of the dentist. Walter, the therapy dog, greets you at the door. Sedation dentistry is an option. I have never felt judged and every employee has greeted me by name, made me feel welcome, and they have senses of humor. The office and dental exam rooms are extremely clean. There are televisions to watch during your cleanings, and every procedure is thoroughly explained before it's done. I always receive an estimate before anything is booked. I'm always reassured what a great job I'm doing (which means a lot because sometimes I need to be congratulated like I'm five). The staff is trained in very new technology, a lot of things can be created in-house, and Dr. Blanchard clearly cares about his patients. I have recommended this place many times and referred other family members who have also had great experiences!

Dr. DiStefano's staff from the front to back were wonderful. I absolutely loved Dr. DiStefano! The office manager was upset because I hung up on her due to her lack of customer service and inability to properly deescalate a concern with a very simple issue. I hope those calls were recorded b/c I will be escalating further. After initially posting a review on Google I received another call from Breanna (Bre). It's clear that her poor service is reflected in how her other staff treat customers. She's been here since the beginning, and through the 4 doctors I've seen. Oh wait. I've known Deb the longest, but seriously, I keep coming back for all the other personnel I see. Kim is also very nice at the front, though I haven't built up as nice as a rapport with her yet. Stevie is also the best! Currently my doctor is Dr. Anderson and my hygienist is Stevie. Dr. Anderson is nice and straight forward, and explains things very well for me. I've mostly only had normal check ups and cleaning since I've been seeing her and haven't had any procedures done. But she is sure-fingered and confident, and I would be happy to get any treatment done with her. Well, I guess I won't be happy to get anything done with my teeth... Cleaning is like pulling teeth as it is. lol. Stevie is another reason I keep coming back here every 6 months. Despite her having only one day available out of a week!
