I also love that they communicate via email, which is so convenient. They also worked with me on some insurance and billing issues. They keep it real. The insurance they take is unfortunately a little limited but I would definitely recommend Dr. Darling and his wonderful staff if you're looking for a dentist in the area.

When I finally went in to one of their offices (since I could not get a real person to call me back) I was told that "I am only one person" and basically the message was, "I will get back to you when I am ready." The dental hygienist was extremely thorough with the cleaning and polishing of my teeth as well as the x-ray and physical exam of my teeth and gums. Dr. LaManna takes the time to explain everything that is going on with your teeth and gums. She also made sure to give me information about how to rectify any problems that I was having with my teeth. I would highly recommend the Lakeshore Family Dentistry office! I don't care to go to the dentist for it has not always been a good experience for me. I have found that I will probably be going to the dentist a lot more often now that I have found that Dr. LaManna and her staff. They made me feel comfortable and not afraid to come back.
