Dental Professionals sent us a bill for $178.00 for the sealants of 2 teeth. I checked my insurance and the pre-auth was rejected because sealants are only paid for every 2 years. We brought this up with their billing people and they are not willing to budge. The only reason I am giving Dr. Kyle 2 stars is because he is pretty good with kids. Otherwise, beware of the billing. Dr. DiStefano's staff from the front to back were wonderful. I absolutely loved Dr. DiStefano! I was having tooth pain and she not only made me feel like she cared but that she was going to get my problem taken care of. The solution was a root canal in a tooth that wasn't even hurting. The problem with this office is the billing staff Mindy and the office manager Breanna. There have been issue after issue with submitting my claim information to the insurance company after the patient portion was already paid. I tried to help them recoup funds from the insurance company and requested information to submit the claims myself but they were very disrespectful and rude. The poorest customer service I've ever received. The office manager was upset because I hung up on her due to her lack of customer service and inability to properly deescalate a concern with a very simple issue. She then left a vm dismissing me from services and accused me of being irate but clearly I hung up to disengage with her and her poor behavior. I hope those calls were recorded b/c I will be escalating further. After initially posting a review on Google I received another call from Breanna (Bre). I spoke to her calmly and she continued to escalate in her tone throughout the conversation to the point where she kept cutting me off and would not allow me to speak. I repeatedly asked for corporate number with no response until she hung up on me. Very disappointing experience. Bre has no customer service skill and should not be a manager. It's clear that her poor service is reflected in how her other staff treat customers. Dr. Eslami is one of the kindest, most compassionate physicians I have ever met. His calm demeanor, patience, and genuine concern for his patients immediately put me at ease. He took the time to answer every question, never made me feel rushed, and treated me with such kindness that I always felt I was in the best hands. Dr. Eslami is also an exceptionally skilled periodontist. I originally expected gum grafting on two teeth, but during surgery he was able to successfully treat four teeth in addition to performing my frenectomy. His precision, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome far exceeded my expectations. The results have been nothing short of amazing. The before-and-after photos I attached were taken just one week apart, and I was blown away by the transformation in such a short time. Knowing that I'll continue to heal over the coming months makes me even more appreciative of Dr. Eslami's expertise.
