Riverside has legitimately helped me to not be afraid of the dentist. Walter, the therapy dog, greets you at the door. Sedation dentistry is an option. I have never felt judged and every employee has greeted me by name, made me feel welcome, and they have senses of humor. The office and dental exam rooms are extremely clean. There are televisions to watch during your cleanings, and every procedure is thoroughly explained before it's done. I always receive an estimate before anything is booked. I'm always reassured what a great job I'm doing (which means a lot because sometimes I need to be congratulated like I'm five). The staff is trained in very new technology, a lot of things can be created in-house, and Dr. Blanchard clearly cares about his patients.
