I called for info on getting a crown. They scheduled an appointment immediately for me. When I was seen, the receptionist was very professional and went above and outside her job duties to help me with financial arrangements. I was denied for the dental payment plan they offer through third party. The dentist saw me and was very gentle and compassionate (I have high anxiety when it comes to seeing any dentist). His dental assistant (or hygienist) worked with me to make direct payments to them every pay period so that I could get my crown done that day. You really don't see that kind of faith and compassion in businesses nowadays. read more

I scheduled an appointment for my 15 yr old daughter who had gone here for a while in the past with her dad who is Caucasian with no problems. We left for a few years and had returned recently. I was told all I needed to bring in to the appointment was $150 and we would figure out the rest after both insurances paid as she has two. I called to confirm the appointment today and see if I could pay $75 instead of $150 because of financial issues. I was told that the amount was $195 now and that I had lied on the receptionist there, Georgia. I have no reason to lie on anyone anout anything, I was told whst I was told. My daughter is in extreme pain and was looking forward to this appointment. I was told that the receptionist didn't feel comfortable moving forward with the appointment and I was asked to go elsewhere. My daughter had never had issues with going here before until I just recently started taking her and staff could see I am indigenous. The doctor also did not want to take responsibility for the way I was being treated and advised the receptionist to tell me he doesn't deal with the billing aspect of his own office. As someone who's worked as a dental coordinator, I would have never treated a patient they way I was treated today, especially one with such good rapport. Sad that we still have people in these positions who still think they can get away with being racist without recourse. As a person who is a political figure and apart of an organization that advocates for people of color, you better believe this isn't the last time Sweet Tooth Dental will hear from me. You will be so glad you went there. Everyone is so friendly, but most of all very thorough. Dr. Tsiampas knows more than what they teach you in dental school.....he said.....haha. I actually think he is right. I fracture my 2 bottom teeth a couple of years ago, and he fixed both. They are still holding up. Both were bad vertical fractures. I am retired and don't have much income so he did it the cheapest way possible (no caps). It worked great. And he did it in a timely fashion. This is my second review and will still give him an A+. My granddaughter loves going there. too. She is not scared...she actually loves going there. read more

My whole family goes to this dental office. They are very warm and understanding. I have a fear of the dental offices from a bad past experience from when I was younger. When I went to Sweet Tooth Dental, I explained my fears to them and informed them I have to take a relaxing pill. They completely understand and make sure that I am comfortable with every visit. In the beginning I could not even sit in the waiting room with out freaking out, but since I have been going to them and feel so comfortable, I can now wait in the waiting room while my family is having dental procedures done. I am so thankful I have found such a wonderful dentist to get all my dental work done at. One more thing, they also plan out what would be the best route for all my dental work with my insurance. I chose Sweet Tooth Dental while I was visiting from CA for a few months. I needed work done asap and because their prices were great (we live on a military paycheck). Dr. Tsiampas saw me right away for a consultation and only a few days later he drilled my four awful cavities in just one visit. It was less than 350 dollars and usually you only get that kind of deal from not-so talented dentists for all of that work. Other than him not letting me go to the bathroom for an hour, it was a great, quick and affordable solution for my aching mouth :) read more

First, the upside... they were able to get me in for some emergency work within hours, and the support staff was really amazing. They are the only reason they didn't deserve a "0". Now, onto the most horrific experiences I've ever had... the Dr. was abrasive, and borderline abusive to his support staff. I've never seen anything like it. Second, he kept saying things like "I'm not sure how to proceed", "wow, I don't know, let me think about what to do, I'll be back", or "wow, this is bad." There was no empathy whatsoever. Ultimately he had to (or at least decided to) pull the tooth. It took him at least 30 minutes of agonizing pulling, cracking, drilling to do so. It was just awful. At one point he was almost out of breath from pulling back and forth so hard so quickly. Frankly it was traumatizing. The appointment was a total of over an hour of agony. I understand some cases may be more complicated than others, but I did not have any confidence in this Dentist based on his own words, and my personal experience. read more

I am known to avoid the dentist, cancel appointments, and then finally go because i would have pain. I went to Sweet Tooth Dental 3 uears ago for the first time for that reason. Pain, swollen cheek and I was miserable. I scheduled a follow up appointment after I decided to have that tooth extracted. That went smooth and was not the nightmare I had envisioned. I scheduled a follow up appointment for a month later as I knew had quite a bit of work that needed to be done. I have continued to go back and have everything completed and at such affordable prices. They told me my portion after insurance right up front with no hidden costs. I had a tooth on my top left side that was killing me since this last Tuesday evening, and knew that it needed to get pulled. With my work schedule that I set for this month, I had no time during the week to find a Dentist Office. Wednesday was bad, Thursday was bad, Friday my tooth was seeming to get better and could tolerate the pain and woke up Saturday morning (my first day off) with that feeling of like, Hey, I'm glad this toothache is finally going away and then out of the blue, a huge shockwave pulse came shooting down that tooth again and I was like, you gotta be kidding me, and totally had enough. Toothaches are the worse pain in the world (like you just want to cry) so I looked online to see if I could find a Dentist Office that would be open on a Saturday, knowing that most Dentist Office would not be, seen Sweet Tooth Dental was open till 2pm and their rating was really high, So when I called to see if they took my Insurance and they did, which made me very excited and asked if i could get in today, and the got me in that day. Amanda (hygienist) took my call and worked with me while I filled out the paper work that I needed to fill out. She was very nice, and just awesome. Besides the nice appearance of the office walking in, Amanda was the first impression of the company, and she breathed greatness and gave the best experience ever, which means they deliver this at all times. Thank you to the who staff at Sweet Tooth Dental, Dr. Tsiampas, just sit back and smile, cause your team is great and oh yeah!!!!!! Dr. Tsiampas, was quick and to the point of my one option to maybe save the tooth, he very honest with how much tooth I would left based on my two fillings from a long time ago and with the new crack I had in the back of the tooth, not sure when it became cracked, so I knew a crown would not be the best option for me but knowing that he cared to give me that option ( cause keeping our teeth is the number one thing instead of just pulling. So I said, lets pull it, and he did everything with ease and the pain went away right away!!!!!
