    Let me start by saying that when my husband and I chose to place an order from Dynamic Carts we had…read morepreviously read reviews, researched other golf cart dealers, as well as looked for used carts on Craigslist. We decided to place the order with this company since we were getting a brand new fully loaded cart, at a very good price compared to the competitors. They were currently on sale for $1000 less than they are listed now in July. We ordered an Enforcer cart on May 27th. We were told it would be 4 - 5 weeks for delivery, we are local in the DFW area. We were told there were 80 orders ahead of us. We were thinking whoa that's crazy, but felt assured that we would get our cart in a timely manner. Their website listed " delivery by the end of June" It is now July 24th. Making our wait 8 weeks, or exactly 58 days. Their website currently lists delivery for " end of July" I do understand that everything is slower than usual due to the COVID-19 pandemic. What I don't understand is why we would get such poor customer service? I believe customer service speaks volumes for a business along with a good price. We have had to call for updates regarding our order. When we do, we are met with an attitude of annoyance. It shouldn't be this way. We've spent our hard earned money to purchase their product. They should be reaching out to us with updates regarding our order, even if it's via email or text messages. It would be better to keep your customers informed on the progress of their order instead of leaving them hanging, and dishing out attitude when we We are hoping the product we eventually receive is worth the wait and aggravation. I will be sure to update this review when we get our cart. **Updated** I've been meaning to update this review, but life is busy to say the least. We had our Enforcer cart delivered on July 30th. We were very happy to finally receive it. There were two carts on the trailer. One of them had a minor scuff in the paint, so we asked for the other cart, which they had no problem with. When the cart was unloaded and we went to drive it into the garage the steering failed. Upon further inspection there was a bolt and cotter pin missing causing the steering problem, a rivet from the fender flare that was absent, and a crack in the rear view mirror. To say we were disappointed is an understatement! The delivery driver who was very polite and friendly called into the office to explain the issues. The missing, and damaged parts were ordered and mailed to us. They arrived within a couple of days. My husband replaced the parts, and the cart was back in working condition. Dynamic followed up with us to see if we had received the parts and if we needed anything else. They apologized for the wait time and issues we had during the purchase and delivery. They also recently mailed us a gift card from retailer of our choice for all the issues we had. I appreciate the effort on their part. I wish they had done that from the day we placed the order, however they have put forth the effort to show they can be more focused on customer service. We are enjoying our Enforcer golf cart. We use it daily riding around our neighborhood with our family.
