I stopped with my family, party of 9, and we were seated quite quickly. Four of us decided to share the large Mariscada that comes with a large variety of seafood options. But then the waiter tried to upsell us on a larger fish. He failed to explain why we had to choose a larger fish when one was included on the menu. This is already their most expensive menu option. The manager had to come out and explain that they had run out of the fish that came included. Not bad, not great, but ok give us the closest option. When it finally came out after the rest of our party finished eating, we were missing tacos and scallops. The rice portion did not feed 4 even though the menu stated the meal would. In the end the food was just blah. Overly sauced and salted. Even the others in the party weren't impressed. Great view of the ocean but overall not worth the price. We grew up coming to PVO as kids and my family lives still in the area. Stick to locally owned spots and you'll get better food, service, and deals. read more
