just appalling. Terrible customer service, made loads of mistakes in our new kitchen then didn't want to know when it came to sorting out. unnervingly polite...but only till you sign the contract. Then they couldn't care less basically AVOID if you believe in things like value for money being treated with respect and courtesy and not being patronised as a customer...and of course if you want a top quality job doing Review of Oakwood Bespoke read more

Nearly 2 years have passed with no customer service to correct incorrectly fitting wardrobe doors. The initial contracted fitter cancelled the fitting last minute due to a holiday so they sent a bathroom fitter who stated that he'd never fitted a wardrobe like ours and was finding it difficult! Our sliding doors don't close straight and yet we paid much more than we should have for the product we have received. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY USING THIS COMPANY! None of the staff we worked with 2 years ago are there anymore either and I can't see how we will ever get this sorted without a lawyer! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!! read more

Our friendly and relaxed approach to designing your new Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom or Home Office allows you to work with our knowledgeable and experienced designers to create just what you've always wanted for your home. Once your design is completed we have a dedicated After Sales and Installation team who schedule and manage your project installation working along side our Recommended Installers through to completion. As we put together Bespoke specifications for your project, and not just a set suite or off the shelf design package deal, you can tailor and tweak your design and specification to get things just right.

Opening on Camberley High St, where we still exclusively reside today, we have served the Tri-County; Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire border with beautiful Interiors for many successful years. Now taking on in excess of 100 projects per year our company has grown over the years with new Designers, After-Sales staff and additional Recommended Installers as we have flourished to serve more customers with their project.

Meet the Business Owner: Dave H.

Dave H set up Oakwood Bespoke to serve the Tri-County area to provide a bespoke service to people who want a personalised product and service to fit their needs. Taking more of a back seat from the day to day selling and operations, the in house teams on Sales/Design and After Sale/Installations function cooperatively to keep everything running as it should.

To add insult to injury I was misinformed about the colour of a boxed item and when I opened it at home it was completely different. You may also want to note that despite the huge notices saying they take the shopping centres discount card in store it turns out it is only on curtain hooks! So although the prices are good, just be careful to check any sealed items before you leave especially if its part of a set and don't expect to use your discount card unless you are bulk buying curtain hooks

Oakwood Bespoke is an Award winning Showroom with stacks of Recommend letters on display in the Showroom. A privately owned family business of repute. After 35 years in the industry, this customer is the only person I have ever had to to take to court due to a refusal to pay an over £1,000 final balance. His main criticism being that he does not consider the ceiling lights bright enough and that kitchen unit infill materials should be of front finish and not cabinet material. Both points refuted by Independant Experts who have visited. Although there are jobs to be finished off because we were not given the opportunity to return, this case will unfortunately be decided by a judge on Friday 9th May. read more

When we needed a new kitchen we used Oakwood Bespoke of Camberley. They came up with a design that utilised the space in a most efficient manner. Andy fitted it to a very high standard and now with the tiles and flooring have now been completed, we have a kitchen to be proud of. Much admired by our friends and family.
