Nearly 2 years have passed with no customer service to correct incorrectly fitting wardrobe doors…read more The initial contracted fitter cancelled the fitting last minute due to a holiday so they sent a bathroom fitter who stated that he'd never fitted a wardrobe like ours and was finding it difficult! Our sliding doors don't close straight and yet we paid much more than we should have for the product we have received. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY USING THIS COMPANY! None of the staff we worked with 2 years ago are there anymore either and I can't see how we will ever get this sorted without a lawyer! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

Unfortunately the trend continues inside, with very dated aisles and the whole place looking like it should make use of some of its own stock and trend the place up a bit. Notwithstanding the look of the place, you can get some extremely well priced DIY items here. I required certain bathroom items and when questioning staff they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and presented me with alot of information that as a DIYer I would not necessarily have thought of (which will ultimately save me a bob or two!!). Helpful staff, competitive prices facelift required!!
