Apparel is more classically styled so it never gets outdated. Most of the items seem to fall into 2 fit categories. "Roomy" which is slightly oversized and "Classic" which fits more naturally. However, I prefer the "Fashion" fit which isn't tight but more aligned with my natural curves. Aside from clothes, they have specially designed accessories and stuff for your furry friend. Staying true to its roots, philanthropy is always is full swing. This general store partners with local animal shelters to host dog adoptions events. Adoptable dogs find a home and new owners learn how to properly care for their new pet.

The first time I interacted with him, I thought maybe he was just having a bad day or was tired. However, after having another interaction with him and witnessing how he spoke to another customer before me, I realized that maybe it's just his personality. ‍ Overall, I really like this outlet center. The stores are always on trend and well-stocked with bargains. I've never had any issues at any of the shops finding what I need and the staff in the stores are always helpful. I have been thinking about what to say such that the…read morebusiness is not hurt as this could be a small franchise business... stores are closing down... and it's a very stressful time. However, this was out of hand! I was trying to return a tie that frizzed up on me after wearing it for one time as well as a few other items I purchased with the tie. Service was terrible from the first salesman I interacted with; and when I told them I was doing a return, he pointed to someone in dressing room some distance away and said he's the manager you need to talk to him. I didn't notice him having on any store credentials; name tag, badge, etc; I wasn't even sure if he was the right person because As the guy approached me, He barely acknowledged me and kind of walked off without engaging... at first I thought that I must've gotten a customer that was not the manager (esp since the first salesman just pointed to someone), but he eventually turned around at one of the registers and beckoned for me to come. As I pulled out the tie and tried to explain, he started to cut me off before I could get my second sentence out; I got pretty irate, as it took me raising my voice and asking him to wait until I finish so I can explain the tie frizzed after only wearing it once and it was defective. He then started making up policies asking where is the tag, were is the box (cut me off before I could even say it didn't come with a box), implying they don't take back items which were worn. However the tie had a big Jos A Bank tag on it. I reviewed the policy to see if I misread, as I reviewed it before coming to the store. The policy was clear, I had 90 days and if I'm not satisfied I can return the item as long as I had a receipt, which confirmed it purchased these items in much less than 90 days. I think he really wanted to argue because the minute I said anything he didn't like such as to read the store policy online, he started taking over me. He promised to show me the store policy before I leave and after the transaction was over looked me in my face and said he didn't have it although he refused to take the tie back and made a smart comment when I requested that he take the other items which I did have the tag. He said his name was Riad refused to provide a last name or initial. But recommended that I call the manager and customer service which I did but after almost 10min on hold I hung up. Yelpers - I am curious has anyone else had a problem returning defective items to Jos A Bank? I see the store usually responds to these, so before you respond, please speak to your manager Riad (?) and help me to understand what was it about me that made him act that way and he really didn't have much to go off besides my appearance? My time has been wasted now, but I am very curious as to what stimulated his reaction? Does the store make up policies on certain people and what's that criteria.

They only way I would shop at any high end stores is with a super discount! My 14 year old grandson had his first interview back in April 2022 so this review is a little late. I found out on a Tuesday night that he had an interview on Thursday so off we go to the outlet. It was raining so we went in the first store we could get to and that was J Crew. Did I mention I hate clothes shopping! for your grandchildren you make sacrifice. I have to be honest the store is kinda pricey and I am not rich or even partially rich lol. When we walked in I almost walked out because of the prices. The store is so well organized I decided to look around. I found that almost the intire store was 40% to 70% off and they let me use my military so that was about 15% off. Instead of walking out with a suit we walked out with 2 blazers 4 pants 2 neck ties 4 dress shirts and a bunch of dress socks! Norma helped my grandsons and I to pick out there clothing. I had to do very little. Norma was wonderful she helped me turn one set of clothing into at least 6 different one. My grandsons are very tall for 14 and 13 years old she fitted them just by looking at them? I was amazed at her persiion in guess their sizes.When we left the store we left with bags and hangers of nice quality clothing. Reason I stayed was, because of Norma hospitality and her greeting when we entered and her patients. I've gone in the store many times since and the customer service is always the same.
