However, I want to talk about the front store because, for the first time in a couple of years, I actually felt like taking the time to leave a review. I had a bad experience here several years ago and didn't really want to come back. But I went in last week, and something had changed. There was a new employee.... a very kind, Tall....beautiful, patient, and respectful young woman who treated me with genuine kindness. I also noticed the way she interacted with other customers, especially the elderly. She was incredibly patient and respectful with them, which really stood out to me. She was smiling the entire time and made the store feel much more welcoming. What really caught my attention was that she asked me how I was doing and whether I had found everything I needed. Those little things made a big difference because it showed that she genuinely cared about the customer experience. That's why I wanted to take the time to leave this review.
