Ok so I guess I kind of get it, that it gets to be annoying dealing with tweekers all the time. Especially on the late night. At the same time you are open 24 hours, so why do you feel a need to be rude to other customers who have to be out at those hours? It has happened twice at this location. They also apparently close at a point to clean? Then reopen. But it isn't a set time, it feels random and just added to the frustration of not being able to waste my money on an energy drink or what ever when I am forced to be up at 3am for work. My favorite 7-11 to goto. Actually the only one I goto now. The staff is always pleasant to me and the other customers. The manager is always super busy but you could never tell when he goes on the register with a friendly positive attitude. There's always a courteous fist bump as I'm leaving. Please everyone needs to stick together and demand good customer service! nearly every day i would stop by for all kinds of different reasons. i was just in here trying to decide what i wanted using the ap and it was giving me a hard time connecting. i thought i wanted a score bar that i had in my hand until my son found a deal on the ap. i put the candy bar back where i got it and went up to pay. when i presented the bar code for him to scan he says "do you want a candy bar ?" i was like ?? then i said " oh is there a deal where i can get a candy with this stuff or some?" he then says "no the one you need to pay for in your purse! " WTF???? i dumped my bag onto the counter and said "what candy bar?" "the one you had in your hand" omg! i said "the one i put back in the box?" He didn't try to apologizing him. That was his job to do that and I said "I'm sorry it's not your job to accuse people of stealing when they did not. " i was like really? really. i come here every day and never steal and this is how u treat people? i had already witnessed this guy yelling at a girl that did nothing. calling her a bum and get out of his store! . there is mire to that story but anyway....i should have never went back. This 7/11 has by far the worst customer service i have ever expended. I do not even know why they chose to be in the customer service industry. Very discriminatory. They choose to help certain customers and not others based on their appearance. I hope they look in the mirror one day and realize that all people are equal and deserve deserve the same type of customer service. The employee during the midnight shift would not even give me his name probably because you was in the wrong. I always like going to this location, BUT seems lately one of the clerks doesn't want to be bothered with making hazelnut coffee on weekends if the canister is out. I went there last weekend, to get their awesome hazelnut coffee, but I don't remember him scanning my phone for the app, to get points. I asked him if he scanned it, and he said he did. Nope. Still shows the same number of points as I had when I came in today before buying coffee. AND the green indicator showing how many cups you bought didn't show. I went in today, Easter Sunday, again, for hazelnut coffee, and he always has a quick excuse, like they are out of hazelnut or whatever. So I am for now going to give just an O K review this time. MAKE sure you scan the phone, and if a customer asks nicely for a certain flavor of coffee you are out of, please make it and don't act like it's a burden, it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Not much to say about this 7-11. Parking is small there's no gas sold here but I went in for a coffee and an employee seemed bothered that I was using the small creamer cups he wanted me to use the dispenser probably cheaper for them. But damn can I fix my coffee to my liking? read more

Please don't spend your money here, the tall indian guy who owns the place is the rudest person I have ever come across at any business. I walk over to the register to pay and place the basket I was using on the counter and he tells me (pushing the basket towards me) I need to go put the basket back. He tells me several times. I don't consider myself a petty person so I just nod my head ignoring how rude he is. He didn't ask me to put it away, he demanded it. He came off as a total disrespectful creep. The owner of this 7 Eleven needs to do something, train their employees better or get a completely new staff, or sell the store or something if they don't want to make any changes. This place has become absolutely terrible since the current owners took over. I live, and grew up, a block away from this store and I've been coming here my whole life. It used to be great under the previous management, the employees were friendly, professional and you would always walk out of there with a smile on your face, but now it's the worst. The employees are super rude, it seems like everytime they see you walking up to the register, they walk away and start doing something else, even though they know you are ready to pay, and your left standing there waiting for 10 minutes or so until they are ready to deal with you, it's like they don't have time for their customers. I came here last night to buy a pack of cigarettes and the employee working was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I asked how much a certain pack cost and he didn't even attempt to find out the price, instead he said something? Which I couldn't understand, he was wearing a protective face mask, do to the covid-19 outbreak, he was talking to one of his friends or someone on his phone and was playing his music super loud, so I asked him if he could repeat what he said, and again I couldn't understand him, I politly asked him if he could please turn down his music and speak up but he wouldn't do either, I ended up asking him to repeat what he was saying about 5 or 6 times before I was just so frustrated, I walked out of the store. All the employees that work here act exactly the same, none of them care, they all act like they don't have time for you and have something better to do, they are rude as hell, and are almost always talking on their phones while ringing you up. The other 7 Eleven down the street on Abbott is 100 times better, the employees are much nicer there, they are more way more professional and it's only a couple minutes away. This store isn't worth your time and energy. I would definitely recommend going to the 7 Eleven on Abbott street instead. read more

Apparently 7-11 pays attentions to the complaints of their patrons! I've gone back a few times because I have a ridiculous obsession with gummy sharks and there's been a very sweet guy in place of Brian. When I told him it's refreshing that there's someone pleasant in there, he even stated that he's his replacement because of all the complaints! We have been customers of this 7-eleven for so many years and tonight. The owner was at the register and we were waiting for service at the hot dog area the guy didn't ask if we need help he just keep helping others customers. And when i ask for help he said I can't hear you and make me sing with hand like calling me. And I ask for a hot dog he said I have to paid first. I'm ok with that we paid my wife has the 7-eleven app and when she try to show it to the guy he ignore her and he was fucking rude and after we say we don't want it no more all he said is thank for the many. read more
