My daughter went to speech here for about five to six months in 2017. She never really warmed up to…read morethe therapist but that wasn't necessarily the fault of the therapist. I'm giving them one star because of what happened after we stopped going. I had always paid my copay at the time of the visit every visit. At one point I asked if I had reached the maximum number of visits covered by insurance and was told that I had not yet and that when and if it happens they could ask for approval for more. We quit in late October 2017. I never heard anything about owing any money or that insurance had stopped paying until a year later when I received a letter from a collections agency for $112.28. I immediately called and spoke with Valerie who claims they sent me three bills that were never paid. I never received any bills from them. Because it was already in collections she claimed they couldn't do anything else. At no point did anyone call me to tell me my insurance visits had run out or that I owed any money. Since I had always paid my copay and never received anything from them I assumed that either I had not reached the maximum number of visits or that if I had that insurance had approved additional ones. Now this bill for $112.28 is on my credit report as past due and my credit is irreversibly damaged. I would think that after having established a personal relationship with the staff and the therapist and having always paid in full on the day of the visit, they could have reached out via email or phone. I'm extremely disappointed with how they treated us. As an update to this review. Over a year later, the collections is the only negative not perfect item on our credit report. Yet because of $112.28 the mortgage we are currently applying for will have a significantly higher rate. Our credit fell from 830 to 690 all because of the incompetency of CSTCs billing department. It is going to cost tens of thousands of dollars in extra interest. Words cannot express my discontent and frustration.

I believe it was the best decision we could've made because my son gets both speech and OT therapy that is coordinated. The therapists, all the staff, Judy and Richard have been a wonderful support to our family and we can honestly say that thanks to this amazing team both of my sons have made great progress. My younger son went from not being able to communicate and being afraid of the world around him and many activities that most toddlers do to being able to communicate/have conversations and engaging with other children and activities. He's now making great progress on his fine motor skills, so many of his sensory challenges have resolved and he's even eating different foods/textures now. There are so many progresses my kids have made that it's hard to list them all. I'm thankful we found this facility. Their DIR Floor time approach helped my son to be comfortable with his team so when we started he didn't spend time in meltdown mode and was able to participate and engage with his therapists. I believe this approach was very key to the success we've seen in his progress. I believe having both speech and OT in this whole/body whole/person approach has had a great positive impact. Additionally, the facility really meets their therapy needs with spacious rooms with different themes and different activities to work on different therapy needs. My kids are excited and happy to go to therapy. They are never bored as they go to different rooms each week that keeps them engaged. Judy and Richard and the therapists always make time for me whenever I have a question or just need someone to talk to. Richard really set our minds at ease with dealing the insurance companies. He understand their billing and makes sure we understand our coverage so we can get the most services covered for our kids. The therapists are very knowledgeable and work so well with the kids. Judy has let us look over her library of books and resources and been a great support. We do Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Listening Therapy, Interactive Metronome. We highly recommend Creative Health!

The group is very on top of regulation changes, and are also very quick to respond to any questions I have (responses are usually provided well within 24 hours). I also appreciate that they accept such a wide range of insurance providers (when I first started looking for providers, I was surprised to see that so many in the DMV did not accept insurance at all). All in all, I highly recommend this practice!

This provider has no ethics in terms of assessing kids and treatment of kids. This is detrimental for the kids and prevent them from seeking the right service. Please be cautious when you seek advice from this provider. They also do not allow parents to observe the class. Dr. Park is so much more than a speech pathologist to our family - she is one of our greatest blessings. She is so fun and positive, and the love that she has for him and the joy that she takes from seeing him succeed is incredible. She has helped him with his reading comprehension, his conversation skills, and his ability to verbalize his thoughts more clearly. She tailors her lessons to his needs and his favorite things, using Minecraft and Super Mario timers and videos for short breaks to incentivize him. I could not be more pleased with the attention to detail of the providers, feedback to me the parent after each visit, and the progress that my kids have made. Kate is working RPM in conjunction with a home program for one of my boys and we are amazed each week by what he knows and most importantly, that he can now have a way to show us. Denise maintains phenomenal instructional control and works specifics for fine motor improvement, spacial awareness, hand eye coordination etc. I also love that she will try new things to elicit a new response to similar stimuli. She's always thinking of new ways to achieve results. I find the therapists to be "real people", knowledgeable in their trade, professional, and loving towards kids. The atmosphere is another plus. It's a welcoming Center with a waiting room that would put other center's to shame. There are tables to work at your computer, things to keep your other kids occupied and there is also a huge play room with ball pit, trampoline and swings available. The owner knows the world well and lives it daily. That is why she makes every effort to make the experience a great one for not only the kids, yet the families and caregivers who are present also. It's clean, free parking and right off 28 and 66. For us, it's an A+. I am available to chat with anyone who wants more detail from a parent's perspective. I was recommended to see Shay for wrist tendinitis on both wrists and I am so relieved to have such…read morea knowledgeable, engaging and attentive hand therapist that I can trust! It's a 35 minute drive for me WITHOUT traffic but she's truly worth the drive. Shay is very good at explaining why she assigns the tests or exercise she has you do, and tries her best to make sure each session is worth it. She worried that she was not helping me improve or that she wasn't helping and I truly appreciate her thoughts in making sure that I can recover fully. But ofc we did find out I have been improving! I'm probably her most troublesome patient as I always come in with something new since I have issues with both my hands. She is even handy with crafts and has taped me for support, and taught me how to do it myself! I also really appreciate Tony, the front desk person, who is super quick and is able to estimate what my medical bills will approximately look like. I'll probably be a long term patient but this arrangement is definitely worth it for me.

Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and friendly. The physical therapists really take pride in their work and always respect their patients well. I feel like I was finally heard when I talked to the physical therapist about my injuries. I have gone to other places that barely care about the patients, are incredibly rude, and overwork them with exercises even when you tell them it's too much. The physical therapists really listen to you here and dedicate a lot of time and effort to help you. This place has been a breath of fresh air. I really cannot recommend them enough. If you want a caring, kind, and friendly team of physical therapists, please come to this office! :)
