I woke up to my 5 year old refrigerator not working and Mitch had a technician out before the end of the day.

We used Hi/Lo…read moreAppliances, also known as Highend Appliances, and owned by Mitch Mann, for several refurbished built-in refrigerators. Never again. His repairman installed a part that it turned out we didn't need. We still paid for the labor to have this tiny part taken out of an older model on their lot, installed and un-installed in our refrigerator, but asked for a refund for the $250 part. He asked us to send it back to him, as his crew left it here. We sent it back, and paid for the shopping. He has not refunded a penny. Every time I contact him, he asks the same question, "Did you send it back?" This is obviously a stalling tactic, as he has asked this question repeatedly and the the answer is right above in the text thread. He also knows us well enough to know we are trustworthy people. After 5 months and countless texts, and as I am a fair person, I let him know that I would publish a negative review as of this week if I hadn't heard from him. Did not hear back except for, "Did you send the part back?".

Unfortunately, we have had a lot of difficulties with our Samsung washer and dryer and have had to have both repaired, several times, over the past 4-5 years. A few months ago, Greentek repaired our dryer, and most recently, they came out to assess a persistent annoying problem we've had with our washer. Greentek advised us the cost to repair the washer was higher than what we wanted to pay. (The amount of the repair and the amount we put into repairing it in the past was going to exceed the cost of a new washer.) So, we declined to have Greentek repair the washer and decided to buy a new washer. (Not a Samsung!) Both experiences were positive and we have no complaints with Greentek. They are prompt, professional, offer reasonable prices and do everything as agreed. Call them.

We all make mistakes and I was glad to hear that they stepped up by admitting there was fault. My part came in, they got installed and did a good job. I will use their services again* So far, not impressed. Received a text from tech that they were on their way to my job, replied with thumbs up. Hour and 15 min. later, I called office to ask about the delay...they said they would contact tech. Got a text back saying that tech was on the way. Showed up hour+ later. Could not "fix" icemaker, need to order part. Sent me quote, I approved quote 4 days ago, haven't heard any response. Communication is key, have not experienced that. I am a real estate broker

Rob and his team have been servicing our appliances since we moved to Kingsland in 2022. From our…read morewasher and dryer to our temperamental ice machine, they get them back up and running same day in most instances. Rob responds almost immediately and usually can have someone out within 24 hours. He recently spent a couple of ours talking us through the complexity of one of our appliances to help us better understand what was going on and options we might consider in the future. They will always be my first call when one of my appliances fails!

Good service ... if you can get it…read more We've had Wolf Appliance Repair Services out to work on our Fisher & Paykel dishwashers on two occasions, once 2020 and again in 2025. On the July 2025 call, we requested a follow-up appointment to replace a part that the tech didn't have on his truck, but didn't hear back. I've tried numerous times on and off over the past 9 months to schedule a follow-up service call with them, without success. The owner, Rob Weld, never answers my calls, and won't respond to my voice text messages. I'd try someone else, but unfortunately, there are no other companies in the area that service Fisher & Paykel appliances. I contacted the place where we purchased them (C&D Appliance Studio in Marble Falls), and a very diligent employee there said she'd reach out to Rob on our behalf. He apparently DID answer HER call, and her reply to me was as follows: "I was able to reach Rob with Wolf Appliance Repair. He has asked that you please send him a text, and he will reach out on Monday! This will be his reminder to do so. He wasn't receiving any of your calls or texts because for some reason your number was blocked on his end, and he doesn't know how or why!!! He would very much like to help you." Well, the excuse that my number was blocked was bogus; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to leave voice or text messages with him. Regardless, I did send him another text, and also called him (no answer, left voice message), and to no surprise, never heard back. I followed up with C&D a few times over the following week, and they couldn't get him to call me either. Finally, they replied with a list of other service repair companies, none of whom work on Fisher & Paykel products. I guess it's no surprise that Wolf Appliance's website doesn't list a phone number or email address. Seems they really don't want to make it easy for you to reach them. I do see their truck in town from time to time, so I can only conclude that they will still provide service to SOME customers. I don't know what it is I did to alienate Mr. Weld, but I suppose that my only recourse at this point will be to replace my dishwasher, since I can't get Wolf to come out and repair it.
