And the food was outstanding!! We had the smash burger, the Quesa-birria tacos and the chips and homemade dips. Soooo good! Highly recommend! Great job Chef Alex!

With that being said the bartender makes AMAZING cocktails. Well balanced and tasty and compliment their spirits well fresh ingredients lovely presentation. The food we had was DELICIOUS! We were lucky enough to come on a night when the chef tried his hand at Pizza. Every one tries pizza but this was tasty from the crust to the toppings not too much or too little just right. I think I tasted a truffle oil finish on the crust? Customer service was top notch both nights. Friendly, informative and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor patio to accommodate our dog and it did not disappoint. The indoor ambiance is warm and inviting.

This place is an incredible spot that embodies the American Dream! The folks here are a lovely…read morecouple that started a distillery, quite literally in their garage. They began with moonshine - apple pie and cherry pie varieties - and have expanded to an award winning whiskey! The apple pie moonshine is a consistent favorite drink and is classified squarely in the "dangerous" category as it goes down way to easily! The cherry pie is solid as well, but not nearly as sweet. The whiskey is excellent as well and goes great in a libation. During the COVID crisis, they flexed their creative muscles and started distilling alcohol for hand sanitizer- sources most of what they needed from folks in the area. It was quite a nice display! They sell in plenty of local stores as well as from their garage. They've also got some swag for sale and the shirts look good! They're a great bunch, making a great product! You should check them out!

We usually find a wine tasting room to check out but had more than enough in walla walla and decided to see if there were any distilleries to check out. Using yelp we found a few but Swede Hill stuck out to me. With only two reviews and both at 5 stars, I was excited to try something new. Pam and Kevin are so nice and welcoming! They have such a cute set up and welcoming committee in their puppy, Susie. Kevin starting distilling as a hobby and has turned it into a line or spirits worth trying. Moonshine (apple and cherry pie), raspberry vodka and a whiskey too! All super good and easy to drink and especially dangerous. Both are very knowledgeable and will entertain your questions about the distilling process. I feel like this is a stop I must make whenever stopping in Yakima! Definitely call ahead to make a reservation since it is such a small operation.

This review is based solely on the service... My boyfriend…read moreand I sat in the bar, and unfortunately, our service was disappointing from the start. It took nearly 15 min just to get our drinks to us. The bartender disappeared, and during that time, we weren't offered any water. We had been to this place one time before and enjoyed their wings-they were served "naked" with the sauce on the side for dipping, which we actually preferred. So this time, we ordered them again expecting the same presentation, but they came out fully sauced. I mentioned to our waitress and she replied," oh, did you want them like that?" We were confused because we hadn't made a special request the first time-that's just how they came. No big deal, they were still decent just not what we expected. Also asked for blue cheese and ranch was brought out. We ordered the T-Willy sliders as well, which came out really plain. Barely any sauce. I asked the waitress if I could get a slice of onion to add to the sliders. When she returned, she stood at the end of our table, and almost mockingly, held out a plate with one single onion ring on it-as if she were presenting something extravagant. It felt sarcastic and unnecessary. To top it off, her boyfriend or husband was sitting in the bar too, and she seemed more focused on eating and talking with him than taking care of US. All in all, the food wasn't the biggest issue-the service was. Disorganized, inattentive, and a bit unprofessional. Most likely won't be going back.
