Unfortunately, our warranty expired, so we were not able to get them to come out and fix it for us. Mike's Mobile Screen originally installed the security door. We reached out to them, but they gave us the run around for nearly a month. That's when we decided to reach out to Modesto Door & Window. We were unable to use our security door for a month. The mounting screws that attached the security door to our house were loose, and due to the size and weight of the door, when we opened the door, it would lean and nearly fall off! Colby came out to look at our door the following day after we contacted him. Before he did any work on the door, he emailed us his estimate which included materials, labor, and what he planned on doing. He cut the two top screws and added two additional screws. He removed some portions of the foam/trim of the door, reinforced the previous screws with liquid nail, and touched up the area where he worked on.
