The crew arrived on time to start the project and kept us informed throughout the process, which took a month to complete. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply.
