    Kudos to Spectrum for working tirelessly to solve a problem with my service in record time. One of…read moremy neighbors decided to get AT&T and because I live in Florida, and because they bury our cables underground AT&T cut my Spectrum cable. I called Spectrum and they immediately came out, confirmed that my cable was cut and tried their very best to put a Band-Aid on the problem until someone could come out and run permanent cable. Sadly, the Band-Aid did not work and within five minutes of my technician leaving my cable was out again. I called and Spectrum sent someone out this morning. And in two hours. My cable was back on. Cable companies get a bad rap for a variety of reasons. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that in the four years that I have had Spectrum, this was my first call to them, and despite it not being their fault, they were amazing.

I had to stop the man and help him. Why set up interviews if you're only going to play games.     I contacted MTS to improve my home network speeds. Our home now has several internet users and I…read morework from home until further notice - the wifi just wasn't cutting it and wifi extenders and mesh systems weren't delivering quality internet to all corners of the house. Tony was very responsive to my needs and listened to me about what I was looking for. We discussed several options, pricing, and expectations before settling on a MoCA network - something I wasn't even aware existed until he brought it up. Since I had already cut the cord from Spectrum, had existing coaxial wiring, had installed a HDTV antenna in the attic, and my home was a 2-story home, it made the most sense. I did some research and hooked the antenna up to an Amazon Fire Recast to free up more coaxial connections for later MoCA use. Tony provided some equipment options but recommended we use my existing wireless routers before spending more money - awesome news to hear! His installer, Eric, arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. Eric even worked to make the system a clean looking install and made a new connection closer to one of the desks for us. We did have one adapter fail after a few days (defective unit) but Tony brought out the new adapter personally and stayed to ensure it worked correctly. The price was reasonable and the results are exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely call Tony back for any of my future home entertainment needs!

    After experiencing some intermittent interruptions in our internet service I did some troubling…read moreshooting to isolate the problem prior to contacting Spectrum our internet provider since I own the router. The results showed it was the cable modem which provides connectivity to the router so I contacted Spectrum and was given the choice to schedule a cable technician or swap out the equipment myself at this location. Upon arriving here I read the Covid-19 protocol posted on the door prior to entering, the store appeared very clean with social distancing measure in place on the floor and a hand sanitizing station just inside the door. There is an electronic sign in tablet which I noticed the couple that entered in front of me ignored - I read the instructions and checked in noting the purpose of my visit. Although there were a number of customer hanging out that arrived ahead of my name was called just a moments after checking in using the tablet. I walked to the counter with my old cable modem in hand and the was only asked that the reason for my visit today was to exchange equipment - I nodded yes and the process began after he checked my ID after a few scans with the barcode reader we made the exchange and I was on my way. Yes it was simple and a pleasant experience - note to file: you must have a new modem activated by the service provider after making the connections when returning home. The new modem contained no instructions and the guy waiting on me never explained this so I'm deducting one star, this could cause a little heartburn to a novice...

Anthony told me to return the equipment to a Spectrum store and was kind enough to give me the closest location which was this store. The next day I received an email saying to return my equipment to a Spectrum store. Received an email as well to Return it to the spectrum store. Several texts too saying return equipment to a Spectrum store. So that's what I did. So on October 20, I went to your store. The agent that took my equipment said he couldn't give me a receipt for the return Because my service was canceled. He said I had to return it to a UPS store. I said no, I'm going do like Anthony, the emails and the texts told me. So what I did was, I took pictures Of the equipment Sitting on the counter with proof that I returned the equipment. I was not going to go out of my way to a UPS store plus I was instructed GO TO A SPECTRUM STORE TO RETURN YOUR EQUIPMENT . I am reading other others saying they encountered the same problem. Ok, so how about this Spectrum store contact corporate headquarters and tell them to instruct the person you talk to over the phone with when you want to cancel your service to return it to a UPS store. In addition how about not sending emails and texts to return it to a Spectrum store!!!! Solves the problem. Oh and by the way just received more emails on October 23 and 24 Reminding me to send my equipment to a Spectrum store. Come on guys simple fix for future reference:SAY, TEXT, EMAIL RETURN TO UPS this will help others too.
