The owner himself came by and basically gave me a round about quote and said what the per hour rate was and my list was RV outlet, 4 outside outlets, 4 light changes, an outdoor plug in at the back of the patio that did not work needed troubleshooting etc. He basically said he would have 2 people here for all day and gave me the price for the 2 men all day. The 2 electricians showed up when they said they would and finished quicker than the whole day and only billed me for the 6 hours that they were here. Honest company, great work, happy with every aspect of this company. Will 100% use them in the future for sure.

By getting Thibaults Electrical service the cost of the service was a very nominal charge compared to the 4500.00 dollars the jerk from the Jacksonville service tried to talk my wife and I into.He was trying to rip us off in other word. I am so glad I kept their card as I returned home late to a broken breaker. I also sincerely appreciate that I could leave a message late at night and was called back as soon as they opened. It is very efficient that texting is acceptable as I could relay in writing the problem and all my info to Danielle who set up an account and had Rheo out in a few hours. Rheo quickly found the problem which had flashed & left soot all over the wall from an exterior outlet that had not been originally properly fit into the wall. He had to cut the hole larger & then creatively got a double exterior box and refitted it for my outlet, thereby covering the larger hole. This is a detailed review because I sincerely recognise & appreciate good work. That outlet had been flagged by my home inspector 12 years ago & was supposedly repaired before closure. Fortunately I rarely used it. MOST FORTUNATELY ALLSTAR has honest professionals who are genuinely competent in both of my experiences. Well we texted and did not hear for 24 hours, so I texted again and a few hours later received a reply and agreed on a time to come and see us to asses the work we needed and provide an estimate. The told me they would come Wednesday afternoon. at 3pm we texted them to find out what time they planned on coming, and no reply. And a NO SHOW. No show to an appointment and no followup. This is not the way to do business.
