The O2 Shop on Grafton Street is recurrently under-staffed, something I find totally exacerbating. The shop is located on Dublin's busiest and most recognized street. Put that together with the fact it is selling products made by a trademark brand name, that which the majority of mobile phone, iphone and internet users in the country subscribe to it just baffles me how the service within the store is practically non-existent.
Even the queuing system in place is erratic. Something formal should be introduced to ensure customers are able to stand in line without compromising the space of the other customers who are merely scanning the walls and shelves looking over the products. If you are one of the people merely shopping and not queuing up to speak to a shop assistant then the sheer wish to glance at the products should not involve as much agro as that which this shop's unsystemized queuing system consequently makes it. Having to squeeze past queues to get up close to a product on the shelf makes for a very tiresome time. I resent having to give money to any corporation that sets up such objectionable places of customer service... or in this case customer disservice. read more
