Absolutely horrible. Went in with a phone that wouldn't charge. I told them that I can sometimes get a charge by jiggling the cable. They replaced battery and when they went to hand the phone back to me it wouldn't charge. Asked them to instead replace the micro USB port. They did. Two days later. I went back to collect. Now my back cover was broken (they replaced free of charge) and they chipped the frame to remove the back cover (they tried to cover this up rather than owning up to it). They tried to explain that I should trust them and that the phone would charge even though I wouldn't see the charging icon any more. I take the phone home to test it. It doesn't charge and the phone speakers no longer work. They basically don't know what they are doing and broke other things trying to fix the original problem. Avoid at all costs. read more

Only just in with these guys. Didn't get a phone but I'd bought a screen protector in advance of getting a new phone. I took it out of my bag and it was broken. The guys replaced it free of charge. Really pleasant to deal with. read more

I am outraged by how I was treated by this company. I am going to start by saying do your research on any phone you buy here before you buy it and DON'T TRUST the staffs advance. Also DON'T whatever you do get your phone fixed here. I bought a Xaomi here. Originally wanting to buy the mi 5 after doing all my research but they didn't have it so they told me to look into getting the Mi A1 so I did a bit of research and then decided to go with that phone. They told me it would work just as well just with less features and memory. I was very happy with my purchase. The glass in my camera smashed from me dropping for it so they told me to order the new glass and then they would fix it. I did this and then payed them to fix the phone. The man who fixed the phone did an awful job. My camera works until it focuses and then it is blurry. This man had left greasy residue on the lense and then put the glass over. When I said this to him he blamed me and said that the lense is probably srached or that the camera is broken because I dropped the phone. All clearly lies because the camera works perfectly it's just dirt making it go blurry. Then I find out when I go abroad that my phone doesn't allow me to make calls and send texts but it receives them. I am then told when I got home they will see what they can do. And I never hear from them. I send an email to customer services and they never reply. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY HERE. Thats €250 down the toilet now. I might as well just buy a new phone.
