I dropped my iphone 5s snd needed the screen to be replaced, gave it to this shop and they absolutely messed up my whole phone. 1.The new screen they put has very bad back light and the colours on the screen are horrendous, it's obviously not original. 2. The vibrating switch on the phone stopped working ! 3.the new screen was very poorly placed and cracked open after only two days. 4.the screen stopped recognising finger touch after couple of weeks and when i brought the phone to the store they refused to fix it even though it is supposed to have there warranty. I advice you to give your phone to people that know what they're doing and not repeat my mistake. read more

Terrible. I've tried them twice, and both times took hours over the time promised. The first was a screen replacement and the home button didn't work afterward, so I had to take it back. The second was a battery replacement that took two hours longer than promised. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. read more

Just wanted to give a shout to these guys for their amazing service. I went to another store, an Apple service provider which was horrible. I was recommended this place afterwards and they fixed my phone in less than a minute. I was leaving traveling home the next day, and they couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. I was sold a counterfeit Samsung charger in the Pavilions, Swords, branch of Pair Mobile and then refused a refund despite the product being a dud. The charger didn't work and was clearly counterfeit since the brand name was on the wrong side. I was fobbed off and told this was a "regional variation". When an authorised Samsung dealer confirmed that the goods were counterfeit I was finally given my refund but not without an unpleasant exchange. Very disappointing to see these kind of operators being left into reputable shopping centres such as the Pavilions. Like the previous reviewer I can't give zero stars to Pair Mobile though I would like to. All I can say is be very careful before parting with your money in this shop. read more

Unfortunately I cant give 0 stars..so 1 star will have to do. I got my iphone 6 repaired here 3 weeks ago and today, while pressing the home button, the entire screen cracked. Clearly the screen was faulty or there had been an issue with the way it was installed. When I called the store (Swords) they told me to come in and they would take a look. It took me an hour to drive over to be told there was "nothing they could do". They acknowledged that the screen was faulty and said they would give 25 euro off a new screen but refused to replace it. What an absolute disgrace..these clearly aren't apple screens. If you need a repair get it done through your phone carrier and don't waste your money here..it may seem cheaper but in the long run it will cost more. read more

Absoult dreadful shop, from staff to repairs .... I would NOT recommend this place. No costumer skills, attitude appalling. Tried everything not to take responsibility ...... when I left in item, I was told to collect next day .... I came back 4 days later, item was still in the drawer, not repaired, terrible service !!! I wish I could give them zero or negative stars. I came in for a routine fix of my phone and they ended up breaking. What makes it worse is their store policy is that you leave your phone in their place of business "at your risk." I would strongly advise you go to literally any other business or, if none are around, that you ask a pigeon or a seagull for assistance instead of Pair Wireless. read more

These guys are CROOKS of the highest order and give Ireland and its business people a bad name outside the country. I paid 650€ for a brandnew iPhone 6s. When I said I lived in France they answered: 'No problem, it comes with full Apple guarantee!'. Not only was there no guarantee, but only the back of the phone is made by Apple - the rest of the pieces, including the screen, were made up with obscure and fake reproductions. Also, I bought the phone in Dec'15 but whatever Apple parts it contained, had been registered a year earlier - rendering all guarantees that could have applied to the phone, invalid immediately. Hard learned lesson. DON'T TOUCH THEM. Check with Apple - they are well aware of these guys, but Ireland's loopholes are such that these swindlers cannot be sent to jail. read more

Unprofessional, horrendous customer service/etiquette and awful business communicator when it comes to dealing with dissatisfied customer confrontations. Will not waste my money or time there again. Very disappointed and my phone ended up in much worse condition then when I brought it in the first time. Either work on training your staff about what it means to provide customer service experience or employ different people. Sales reps should not be interrogating the integrity of the customer. With the amount of easy access to social media and the Internet, it is in the best interest of Pair Mobile to not let a repeat customer go home upset. Word spreads. read more

Wicklow St staff tried to tell me my charger port couldn't be fixed without breaking the screen/also needing to fix a small scratch on it (which conveniently for them costs an extra €230). Having eventually agreed to pay this absurd amount (moment of weakness) they then held my phone for 3 days before telling me they actually couldn't fix it. Brought it to another store and it will be fixed for a quarter of the price, without the screen being done, in 5 hours. Madness. And the store was recommend by staff in the Vodafone shop of all places! read more
