Borderline fraud. Very poor business practice. I "purchased" boots in mid November. And by "purchased", I mean I paid for a product that O2 did not even have in stock. One month later I received an email that my boots would arrive to their warehouse, then shipped to me. I waited two more weeks. The status on their website showed my order as Shipped. Only when I contacted them did I learn that they never received my boots and I may select something else from their website. This is six weeks after initial order. Well, I selected a replacement which was to be sent overnight. Two weeks later, and guess what? Please use extreme caution when ordering from this company. read more

Also they were available for the cheapest price online and added a 15 % off coupon code which made the deal even sweeter. Shipping is cheap too at 99 cents for FEDEX ground. read more

Shame on me for not doing a little homework on WHO I was buying my new Patagonia jacket from online. Instead of paying a few bucks more at REI, I chose to go with the lowest price online, thinking there would not be any issues. Not only have I done my research on these guys now, but holy cow was I an idiot for even rolling the dice. If I lose my $140, it is truly my fault. The Wisconsin BBB has them rated as a "C" business and their BBB "rap sheet" has over 60 complaints and like one or two compliments. The only thing I can figure at this point is they are really this bad at CS or the firm is in a bit of a post holiday death spiral and on the verge of collapse with a "liquidation sale" right around the corner! Do not purchase from this website. They list items that they do not stock, and wait over a week to decide to call you and let you know they are canceling your order because they "cant get the item". If you want to get good winter gear (snowboards etc) there are much better places, then this poorly-run lame excuse for an e-commerce site... places that actually hold inventory, and dont charge your credit card, and then hope they can get the item you paid for. read more

Scammy place. Do not buy from here. I ordered a Patagonia down coat at the end of the season: the page said nothing about a restocking fee or that it was final sale (and I was looking for that info, because I was unsure of the size). When it arrived, it was too big and I followed their return procedure, even speaking to a customer service rep to confirm the process; but heard nothing back and didn't get a refund for a couple of weeks. Finally, when I got through to someone, they said they were going to charge me a 30% restocking fee. Total BS as I paid for shipping both ways and the item was brand new, returned exactly as I received it. These guys are great! I think some other reviewers don't understand how this business functions. Yes, you typically have to wait longer to receive the items you order (OH NO!) for me, it's worth the wait to receive the amazing deals. I've ordered ski boots, skiis, a couple backpacking pads, a pack, and a tent from these guys and have nothing but good things to say. I've spoken to them on the phone as well and they are quite helpful. Just remember that you're typically not getting fast shipping unless they have the item in stock as they typically order from the manufacturer after you place your order through them. read more

Order #321564 placed over 3 weeks ago is still processing, and they can give me no idea when it may come in. I do NOT recommend online orders with this company! Turns out that they have not even contacted their supplier about when O2 will get in the product to ship to me! Seems like they sell products that they don't own, accept your payment, and then eventually start working on obtaining the product that they sold. read more

This website is a total BULLSHIT. I guess my order was back ordered so it stated it will ship out within 5-7 days. Which it did not so I called and representative told me this is minimum days it MAY or MAY NOT ship out. Then they called the manufacture and re-oredered my item. By then it was 2 weeks after date of my order. I called again after another week and they said it has been shipped out from the manufacture and I should be getting it after few more days and it sounded promising. And no shipment on the promised date and called again for the 3rd time and they didn't even get the item from the manufacture yet. They asked me if i wanted to re-order again. That was it and I canceled my order and contacted manufacture myself and they have no plan on manufacturing more of the item. Which tells me that the whole time they didn't know what they were doing and they had the item up on their site like they can get hold of it. I'm never going back on this site and do not recommend this site to anyone. read more

The staff were all EXTREMELY rude. All 3 of the guys in the store by the desk were goofing off, answered my questions sarcasticly, and acted like it was a major inconvenience to have a customer in the store. I walked right out and bought the same $2500 Cannondale bike in Green Bay. Well worth the 30 minute drive compared to this place! read more

Wow, I have to say I was shocked when I read all the reviews about this company. I wasn't even looking for reviews or to give a review, the page shot up when I googled the company because I want to put in another order. These reviews have made me nervous and I wonder if there has been a change in management since I used them 2 years ago. I bought 63 patagonia jackets for 50% off the regular price and these guys went the extra mile to get them all to me. They had 48 jackets in stock with the colors from the year previous but they pulled from the current year colors to fulfill my order. They got to me quickly, the jackets were perfect. I have no complaints. I"ll have to check now though, to make sure I'm dealing with the same guy! read more

I am surprised to see all the negative reviews. We live in Colorado and I've ordered skis for my husband and myself after demo-ing locally and researching online. o2gear shop's pricing was the best, and on two separate occasions we received skis delivered to our door prior to the expected delivery date. Horrible and dishonest customer service!! Buyer beware. I bought a jacket for my husband for Xmas. Once I realized it was not what he wanted I contact them immediately and sent it back. I didn't hear back for ages. When I called they told me they had not received the jacket. Funnily enough the next day I got an email telling me they had found the jacket. Then I waited for my return. A month or so later I thought, hmmm, I haven't seen that return. I called up O2 gear shop again and got a response about how I had been emailed about how I would like my refund, and since they did not get a response they just didn't send me my money back. I didn't receive any email of any type. Further more, didn't it seem smart on their part to just to send me money back anyway as I had requested a REFUND. I finally recieved a check in the mail on April 22. Over four months from purchase. If I hadn't of been aware I wouldn't have got my money back. Incredibly shady business! read more
