I have dealt with o'tooles on occasion never a bad experience but super overpriced. I was quoted $1000.00 for new tires/mount/balance. I bought my own tires online and took my bike to a different shop total cost $590.00 with better tires than they offered me.imo. I did not get a wash though. read more

I bought the bike over a month ago there's some shifting problems and the guy told me oh well we only do 30 day warranty but meanwhile the salesman told me that we do a 60 day warranty so I would never use old tools again they are lying piece of shit they supposedly went through the pipe before I got it never did they take stuff off the bike when you ask him to leave it on This fucking people are fucking liars . read more

While traveling I-84 back to Connecticut from West Virginia, the overtemp light on my 2015 FLHTKL came on. Before I made it to the next exit, my check engine light also came on. My GPS Dealer Locator identified O'Tooles as the closest dealer. I called and explained my predicament to Kim, the Service Manager. She told me that as long as the Check Engine light was yellow and didn't change to red, I could safely drive there. She said they were quite busy and didn't know if they would be able to fit me in, but she would try. When I arrived, Tom, one of the dealership owners, offered to drive me to a local restaurant if I was hungry while they determined the cause of the overtemp condition. My bike was brought into the service area and diagnosed with a faulty coolant recirculating pump within 15 minutes. Fortunately for me, they had a replacement in stock. Kim said she would try to rearrange the scheduled work in process to free up a lift for my bike. I was offered a ride to a local motel in the event that the repair couldn't be completed by the time they closed. This story has a happy ending for me. Kim was able to free up a lift, the part was replaced, and I was on my way out of their parking lot as they were locking up for the night. Because of my Extended Service Plan, I only paid $50.00 for the repair. Consider this the next time you're in the market for a new or used motorcycle: If this is how O'Tooles treats a stranger they possibly will never see again, think about how they must treat their customers! read more
