These people just ripped me off of a setup fee they NEVER told me or my daughter about. I'm disabled just had surgery and I had no choice but to pay them. I think they are running a scam on people. I talked to Sarah several times and it was never mentioned. When I called to complain she was VERY rude to me speaking over me and not letting me finish one sentence. I will NEVER do business with them and the manager at La Habra Costco said if he hears they have done this again to their customers they will stop doing business with them. Be aware they rip people off especially elderly and disabled people. Shame on them!!! If they have done this to you call Costco to let them know. read more

Looking for an assembly service for our 20 x 12 ft Backyard Discovery gazebo was very challenging. Most have very poor communication or would take on the project only to back out at the last minute. Fin was the only one who responded to all my questions, gave a fair quote and absolutely delivered on service. When all the others told me the project needed 2-3 days, he did it in less than 8 hours, just in time for a party the the next day. They showed up on time, were very professional and friendly, worked efficiently, cleaned up after and followed up with us after to make sure everything went well. Was in contact with Finian and he was fantastic. Very professional, let me know when things were not going to go as planned due to weather and he and his crew came out and finished one of Costco's new 12x20 gazebos and it's fantastic. Definitely larger than what I had anticipated due to my own poor planning but Finian and his crew helped me in putting it in the best possible location. I highly recommend these guys. We even had some neighbors come over and mention that they wished they had hired someone to put theirs up because it was so laborious. Crew set everything up in about 6 hours which isn't even CLOSE to another reviewer on the same gazebo where it took him over 20+ hours. Do yourself a favor and leave this one to the professionals! I was referred by CostCo Poway as I purchased a Gazebo and needed it set up. They responded promptly to my request for a quote via text and arranged an appointment for the following week. The crew verified the time in the morning and showed up on time. They got it set up in a couple of hours snd it looked great. Fast, reliable , responsive all at a reasonable rate. Pro Tip: don't bolt it down right away. I waited a few days and they came back to make a minor tweak before the lags went it. Also use water seal or it may change color on you. If I could give them minus zero stars, I would. I had to return a recliner to Costco. Costco recommends them at the Anaheim Hills store. They tell you they'd come at a time and then they call you at the last minute to change the time of pick up and the woman says that "she told you" that it was a different time. I even wrote it down! I presented a complaint to Costco. I called another service that picked up my chair in a couple of hours and charged me $45 less! Vendors that treat customers like this should not be in business. If you want, to know who I called after these guys, let me know and I'll give you their number. They sure earned my business! Shame on you O'Shea! read more

On Nov 30th we followed Costo's suggestion to use O'Shea's to pick up our new TV and bring it to our house and install. Initially OSheas said they could meet us at Costcos on Dec 2 or 3. Then that was postponed because their truck broke down. Then we finally settled on a new date, Dec 8, where we could go to Costco, buy the TV and wait for O'Sheas between 9:45-10:15..which we did..we waited until 11am and NO O'SHEAS and no texts from them or responses to my earlier texts and attempted phone calls.Terrible way to conduct business...... read more

Hired him and his team for a Gazebo build. Finian was very responsive and super helpful. He and 1 other guy showed up at my house in Poway and finished in a little under 4 hours ! The entire team was fun and nice to work side by side but they did the heavy lifting. not sure about a NO RETURNED CALL but they are very much in business and very busy with the work they do for Costco. Remember they are delivery service, and they do not Text or talk on the phone and drive at the same time, be patient. I personally know these guys and they are working double shifts and doing the best they can do with the volume of work that comes out of Costco. Remember they are "on call" by Costco for "in warehouse needs", so I am sure when Costco calls they have a contract response time. I bought a large item from Costco and had no way to get it home. I wanted it delivered on a Saturday so I didn't have to take time off work but the scheduler reminded me Saturday was supposed to be pouring rain and she recommended not trying to deliver on that day. I took her recommendation she gave me a three hour window to plan on and then the promise to call 30 minutes out. Which she did. I met the delivery men at the house. They were wonderful. Rick and Jesse did a fabulous job, very careful and had to maneuver in a real small area. There was nothing they could've done any better than what they did. read more

I was called as promised with a delivery "window" of three hours. Before the "window" even began, O'Shea's called me to inform me they might be a little late. Within the "window" I received another call letting me know they were picking up my item from Costco at the time and would meet me at the delivery point (a storage facility) within 30 minutes. Sam and Fin, from O'Shea Delivery Service, recently delivered and installed a large (70") flat scream TV for us. They removed the existing TV and disposed of it as well. By the time they left the master remote was up and running, the existing surround sound was attached and the TV was in perfect position relative to the center speaker and wall dimensions.
