The main issue I had during our visit is my husband has a glandular condition and that store was so brutally hot that he struggled to wait while they tested the starter. I struggled a bit myself, sweating quite a bit. If that is how it is in the spring then I can't imagine how that place must be in the summer! Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend the store to anybody looking for a knowledgeable crew to help with whatever auto project you may be working on!

I was looking for an alternator for my car (difficult to find) and they went above and beyond trying to pinpoint one for me, spending literal hours searching high and low for one. The store is also very veteran-friendly, with one of its employee's being retired Army which is always a good thing to see. The girl at the pickup counter said she couldn't do or find anything in her system and complained the whole time even after I gave her the transaction number. Well this is just bad customer service for a business that doesn't have anyone waiting to be helped. I gave her my receipt number and she said it didn't show paid for and she didn't have a way of looking it up. This is the only reason I gave them 3 stars only because she really didn't even try to help. She complained the whole time to everyone that she had phone problems. She called in someone else who quickly found it and we waited another 15 minutes before it was brought out. Otherwise I believe you could get any part needed here and would give them another chance despite the lack of service from this one employee. Very nice business. It is a large place that seems to have everything you might need for your vehicle.
