And the most great is price! Everything just for nothing ($29). Personnel is well qualified and very friendly. They told us they could, we get there and they take all our information down for the vehicle and tell us they can do it In a half hour we drop our fully loaded trailer and wait about an hour and then they come out to tell us they can't do it because it's been plugged already Even though we told them that from the very beginning so we then had to load up our trailer hook it back up and find somewhere else to patch a tire and wasted over an hour of our time while we are trying to travel back home. Every employee there didn't know anything about their own line of work I would not recommend this place for any auto care needs.

They informed me they would not come out to change my tire and that I should wait for the tow truck. However, the Les Schwab in Pendleton is incredible! When I called, Francisco Perez drove out of his way to change my tire roadside. He was a true professional, and his help allowed me to drive to their shop, where they promptly installed a new set of four tires. They turned a potential nightmare into a minor delay and a sale. I first went in on January 12th and was told the repair would take about 2 hours. Not only wasn't it done on time, but the technician damaged the back of my phone. I was also told the camera had been replaced--which was not true, because the same issue came back shortly after. From there, it was constant delays and mistakes: * Wrong camera part ordered (twice) * Multiple appointments where nothing was fixed * Weeks of waiting with no resolution Now, after all of this, they're telling me my warranty expired, so I have to pay out of pocket--even though I brought the phone in back in January and they had three months to fix it. At one point they said they'd fix it as a courtesy, but when I came in on April 26th, they refused unless I paid. This wasn't my fault--I followed their process every step of the way. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated errors made this one of the worst service experiences I've had. If I could give zero stars, I would.
