I decided why buy a new iPhone 14 from 829.89-1,099 when my phone works great but my battery was going downhill fast. It cost $79.99 + tax and the gas and time to drive a little over an hour away and back to get the battery replaced. The Batteries Plus in Cleveland, TN were very helpful people, they answered all my questions. Allayed my fears of what would happen if the iPhone 13 screen if it should break during battery replacement (they replace it free.) I also had them put a on new screen protector on it as mine had damage. I would much rather pay $79.99 + tax than more than ten times that much buying a new iPhone. I'm aggravated that I hadn't thought of it before. Almost every new iPhone I have purchased has been because of poor battery life. Batteries + really should use that in their marketing materials. I have had at least four iPhone models, possibly more. Nothing wrong except the battery. I know the OS updates always attack battery life so people buy new phones. I have yet to have any that are significantly better than any other one in features or function. Why buy a new phone when you can just replace the battery. Normally by the time the battery goes bad, it's not under warranty anymore. So why worry if a different battery will affect your warranty? Good job guys.

Had to jumpstart the car to get there and made it no problem. Go in and tell them which battery I need installed and they say " we only sell bateries we dont install. I asked for his recommendation and he sold me a battery he told me he would put in his own car. Before telling me the price, he told me he could price match because he knew this battery was on sale at another store. He replaced my battery quickly and I was on my way. But normally they would sell you a battery and change it for you but nope. This man made up some BS about having to remove the whole housing to get the battery out and we don't do that here. (lies, I took out the old one and put a new one in in 10 minutes just like any other simple battery). I'm assuming they did this bc he was too lazy and it was an hour until close, needless to say they aren't very motivated as a staff and don't care about loosing money.
