First off I have worked retail and other jobs dealing with customer service. I don't care what…read moretype of job you do. If its involving the public and customers. Customer service is customer service. I recently went to this this location a few hours ago. I came in, purchased my headlight bulb i thought i needed. The staff was polite at the time. To make a long story short though. My bulb just needed to be pushed in after a recent wreck i had. I did not know, so came back in to return it or if I could return it. My package was opened so I was not sure. I had no issue if i couldn't return it, but hey it was $26 dollars and nothing was wrong with my bulb so i wanted to try and see. I did the bulb change in front of their building so no one would assume there was any fowl play. I only opened the packaged. Well apparently it looked as if there was an issue to the gentleman the associate asked went to in regards of returning the bulb. They returned it and marked it as defective. My issue is, it is not polite nor professional as whatever position this gentlemen is in to shake your head and pause for a min on a yes or no question as if you have an issue with it in front of the customer. Although he did it behind a stocking shelf I could still see him because it wasn't too far from the register. This type of energy and attitude did make me feel as if I was wrong and was trying to get over or something. The associate that did my return was polite at the time but whoever the head guy was he went to came off a little rude in regards of my return and this was the guy who first helped me out!! He may not have had an issue but his body language came off as if there was. I know my money wont stop the show, but I will go else where on that street next time before I come here again.

I have used this store many times because it is close to my home. But today I bought a battery and…read moreask the salesman to put it on my vehicle. He said "Let me look at it first to see if we can do it." I thought that was an odd thing to say in that it is a 2015 Toyota Avalon, nothing exotic. He went out and looked at it and said that he was concerned that he would break off the terminals due to the corrosion. There was some minor corrosion on the positive terminal, but nothing serious. He then informed me that if he did break the terminal off, he did not have anything to replace it with. Then I was concerned that he would break the terminal off just to prove his point. I told him that the corrosion was not that bad and I would change it out myself. I did change out the battery myself with no issues at all while he stayed in the store on his cell phone. He just didn't want to change out my battery! There are a couple other auto parts stores in that area and I would highly recommend using one of them if you need a battery on your vehicle. Just wanted to share my experience so others would not have to go through what I did.

When I first started using them, my Honda Pilot had 225k miles and they could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance when it came to mechanical knowledge; however, they never tried to oversell repairs or charge me for a quick mechanical check-up before a long trip like the shops in the past did. The pilot needed a few repairs over the years, but 'she' just hit 310k miles and is still going strong. I recently took my 'new' 2014 Honda there to replace a bulb and they only charged me for the part, no servicing fee. They answer calls and questions with so much patience. Huge kudos to Skyler, he is always so helpful. They truly are an amazing crew and I wish more of their happy customers took the time to leave a review. . . They really deserve all the service business in Chatt.

I like this place. Most of their parts carry lifetime warranty. Just be sure to keep your receipt. I keep mine in my glove compartment of my car as well as my truck. Yes, I will come back. It's only a couple miles from Hamilton Place Mall. It's easy to get to and lots of parking, You can also get back on Interstate 75 with no problem as there is an excess ramp at the same exit that this Auto Parts Store is located.

They put me on the appointment list for the time I expected to arrive and got me in right away. They performed a full inspection and discovered that the tires I previously had installed were the wrong speed rating for my vehicle. They took the time to explain everything clearly and even walked me through how to address the issue with the previous shop. That level of honesty and helpfulness meant a lot. They also gave me an estimated repair time and ended up finishing sooner than expected, which was a huge relief with kids in tow. Everyone I interacted with was respectful, professional, and genuinely caring. I'm very grateful for their excellent service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They insisted I only needed my oil changed to clear the code I had. They then broke a heating line on my car, lied to me and told me that it was brittle and old and broke on its own on a 6 YEAR OLD CAR. I contacted the service techs at Toyota and they informed me that was highly unlikely. Their manager then lied to me further and doubled down and gave me a bad discount. Businesses don't feel the need to give a discount if they're not at fault for breaking your stuff. Do not trust them to do anything more than change your oil, if that. Will never be back.
