They also gave me an estimated repair time and ended up finishing sooner than expected, which was a huge relief with kids in tow. They insisted I only needed my oil changed to clear the code I had. They then broke a heating line on my car, lied to me and told me that it was brittle and old and broke on its own on a 6 YEAR OLD CAR. I contacted the service techs at Toyota and they informed me that was highly unlikely. Their manager then lied to me further and doubled down and gave me a bad discount. Businesses don't feel the need to give a discount if they're not at fault for breaking your stuff. Do not trust them to do anything more than change your oil, if that. Will never be back.
