This has been my go-to place for minor auto services. Every time I come here, I'm greeted and…read moretreated like a neighbor, not a customer. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recently went in to purchase new headlight bulbs and a new right-front casing for my parking light. The manager, I think his name is Lloyd, came out, diagnosed the problems, talked me through the problems, and helped me choose which lights to get and why. I thought my right-front parking light casing needed to be replaced, because the bulb had not been installed all the way, and it melted right into the casing. Lloyd looked at it, and told me it didn't need to be replaced as a new bulb would still work. He installed all the lights and patched up everything and so now, when I was prepared to fork over $100 or even more for the lights and new casing, I only had to pay a fraction of that because of the care and concern this place, especially Lloyd, had for me and my vehicle! Lloyd didn't charge me anything for the service (and it took around 20-30 minutes fixing everything). I feel bad though, as I forgot to offer him a tip for his service. He definitely deserved it! I was driving my niece's car to run a couple of errands before I had to drive it to a funeral. I…read morenoticed that the vehicle seemed to be leaving larger, more colorful puddles than what standard air conditioner condensation should make, so I put my finger in it to see what the pink/ orange stuff might be. After looking under the hood and deciding it was absolutely radiator fluid I drive to O'Reilly's where Charles confirmed my diagnosis and based on the severity of the leak combined with my suggestion that distilled water might get me to my destination without blowing up the car, he agreed that water would be sufficient and cheaper than the antifreeze. But they don't sell water, so I was more than happy to protect the car by buying and adding the fluid. Charles was kind enough to get his hands dirty so I didn't have to! Yay for this store and especially the employee!
