Both times I used Kay's, (roughly a year apart), the moment she picks up the phone she seems quite upset that you are evening calling. There are too many reputable, caring, tow companies in the area for me to ever call this one again.

They charged me $1200 to tow that car 4.1 miles. This is highway robbery. Wanted me to sign my title over to them to get the bill paid. They do not even have a body shop there and could not assess the damages. I had to have it towed somewhere else and pay that fee plus $25/day storage. There are lots more honest tow companies in Ringgold. Try Worley's or Advanced Collision but avoid this company unless you have money to throw away. You have a choice. Not only did Chip arrive under 30 minutes, he checked in regularly to make sure I knew that he was on his way. He also made sure that I was safe each time that I spoke to him. Once there, he had the car loaded and on its way to the repair shop in only a few minutes. Chip then called me later to make sure that I knew the car had arrived ant the repair shop and also to make sure that I didn't need any further assistance. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them in the future. A big thank you to Chip for making a hectic morning go a lot smoother!

When I arrived at the shop, I waited there while they worked on my vehicle. After they finished, I discovered that instead of installing the brand-new parts I was told had been ordered, they had put used, damaged parts on my vehicle. The replacement door panel didn't even match the other door panel. To make the experience even more unprofessional, while I was sitting in the waiting room, I could hear the owner on the phone cursing at his staff.

Normally, this would be an easy fix for him, but in his current medical/physical condition it was not. I called Prime Repair going on their 5-star reviews, and they said they would be there in 30 minutes. When they arrived the technician noticed that two other tires were bulging at the sidewalls and could blow as well. The tires were less than 2-years old and Michelins, far from the 60,000 mile guarantee. They gave us a price for 4 new tires, and we went with them. The technician made two trips back/forth from the initial visit. New tires, excellent service and thankful they were there for us all in the oncology parking lot. Sidenote: Just a few weeks ago our kids (and "soon arriving" grandbaby) were visiting from out of state, they took the truck to Viriginia for a day trip. We cannot be thanking God enough for their safety, as not realizing the tires were definitely defective. Not to mention my husbands 25 mile drive to oncology yesterday. Thank you Prime Repair & Recovery! You get all of the 5 stars and more from us! May your business continue to provide great service and be blessed beyond measure. "The Nelson's" Chattanooga, TN
