I don't even think he was working that day because he called another mechanic, and he was not available, so Seth said give me a few, and I'll be right out there. The man spent half a day diagnosing the problem. Then only charged me three hours of labor. Then took the broken part to a parts dealer and saved me a full day's worth of work. Saved me money on the new part, put it back in super quick, and had my truck on its way, and only charged me two hours of labor to do all that.
