We have AAA but the owner, Dakota Tudors, quoted us a better price and offered to let them ride back with him which was a huge help to us! I have used Kay's twice now and the driver's are always nice, however the lady that answers the…read morephone is always very nasty. Both times I used Kay's, (roughly a year apart), the moment she picks up the phone she seems quite upset that you are evening calling. To make matter's worse the owner will reply to all the negative google reviews claiming to be the nicest person ever and blames the customers. There are too many reputable, caring, tow companies in the area for me to ever call this one again.
