Integrity Mazda - Update: Blown engine/ with newer parts replaced around the engine prior to being sold to me. IM knew the engine would blow soon enough.

I would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership.

They let me know today that the engine was BLOWN and that there had been previous work done to the engine where new parts were installed (MEANING Integrity Mazda knew the vehicle had an engine problem when they sold it to me) and never disclosed this issue! Otherwise I would NOT have purchased it. When sitting with the finance guy (we paid cash) he mentioned more than 3 times, "Are you sure you don't want to purchase the warranty? What are you going to do if you drive it off the lot and it blows up?" To which my fiancé replied. "So you're telling me it's going to blow up?" And from then on out he evaded our direct questions about the vehicle. Thankfully I did end up purchasing a 1 year power train warranty, but I still don't know if the engine is replaceable due to it needing to be broken down to decipher the reason the engine is not functioning. I contacted Integrity Mazda and nobody contacted me back. I will continue to call day and night until somebody takes responsibility for selling a car they knew was bound to blow up. I'm beyond livid. I drove 2 hours to Integrity Mazda, then when ready to pay cash, they upped the price 2k dollars more than listed and when we spoke to the sales person (Colby) he never mentioned that. They argued with us. We intended to bring a cashiers check, and specifically asked with tax, title and license what the out the door cost would be for the check. His response? Just bring a debit card.... And I now see why. They intended to hide those extra numbers from us until the VERY end. I purchased the vehicle at 118,000 miles (roughly) and it's blown at 122,071 (roughly). I have NEVER felt so taken advantage of. Integrity Mazda needs to reach out to me immediately before charges are filed against them for auto fraud; considering they did not disclose any issues with the vehicle besides one minor recall on the vehicle for headlights. This may entitle me to cancel the sales contract and receive my full refund. DO NOT purchase from this establishment. They're all about making a buck, and take pride in taking hard earned money from the people they are knowingly screwing over. There will definitely be a law suit coming your way Integrity Mazda, which is such an ironic name for the way business is conducted. I've never been so angry and frustrated. Someone needs to get back to me ASAP. Tori Casey

When you get to the guard house be ready with your I'd in hand. Also, DO NOT take ANY pictures inside the facility. This is a big NO NO. FYI, cars stay to the left and Big Rigs to the right. Guards are fast and always courteous. Now since we are picking up SPECIAL Vehicles the place is under high security. We are followed around by a guard and they watch us load and then seal the trailer with security tags. Our contact lady there is very helpful and she even made a comment on how efficient my husband is. The security guard on the other hand was not so kind. He seemed like he was on a power trip and was EXTREMELY rude. We've been to this location a few DOZEN times and we know the rules of this place. What I found to be rude was how he walked up to me and told me my dog wasn't allowed on the ground AT ALL. Really, nowhere does it say this and every other time we've had no issue. Remember, how I said we have to pass through the guard house? They know we have a dog and not once have we had an issue. Also, plenty of other drivers there have dogs in their trucks while loading. If my dog can't come and stay in our truck then I guess they can find another driver to haul their cars. My dog is apart of my family and if she can't go we WON'T go. The ONLY reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because of PAUL BLART the Mall Cop. If you've seen the movie, you understand the reference. Also, the picture I posted is from the outside of the facility not the inside.
