We marked one dealer off our list after they misrepresented a $1950.00 charge they tried to include in their price quote. Another dealership misrepresented the process by which they determined the value of the trade-in we wanted to include in the deal - causing me to waste the time and expense of a 250 mile round trip to their dealership - only to have them offer me relatively "nothing" for my trade-in. The third dealership, Wyatt- Johnson Mazda in Clarksville, Tn. dealt honestly and fairly with us....going to great lengths to gain our business - but in the end, they just couldn't quite get to the trade-in value we needed. Finally, our buying experience with Integrity, from whom we eventually bought our new Mazda just last week was close to flawless....beginning with the courteous, friendly, and professional interaction we experienced with our salesman, Kel.....to our time with their sales manager, Chris....and finance manager, Gary. Now 70 years of age, I bought my first new car at age 20 in 1973, just over 50 years ago, and I can say in all honesty that buying this car from Integrity Mazda was the easiest and least stressful car-buying experience that I've ever had. They gave us a fair price on our new Mazda - and an EXCEPTIONALLY fair price on our trade-in. There was never the slightest hint of any employee trying to mislead or pressure us - and they were very patient and thorough in answering any/all questions that we posed. To be frank, I've had so many bad experiences buying vehicles over the years/decades that right up until the moment we left the dealership in our new Mazda - I left room for the entire deal to fall apart - and that all too familiar feeling of disappointment to sg,uweep over me. Everything that needed fixing is fixed!" but the brake fluid was dirty, engine coolant was nonexistent, transmission fluid needed changed, and spark plugs were bad. Had a $1k shop bill to fix the car after having it for less than a month. They put new tires on the car before sale, but everything internal was neglected. My husband and I pickup prototypes here often. This is a Manufacturing plant and it's HUGE. The…read moreplace has been under construction for awhile now but it looks like they're almost done. When you get to the guard house be ready with your I'd in hand. Also, DO NOT take ANY pictures inside the facility. This is a big NO NO. FYI, cars stay to the left and Big Rigs to the right. Guards are fast and always courteous. Now since we are picking up SPECIAL Vehicles the place is under high security. We are followed around by a guard and they watch us load and then seal the trailer with security tags. Our contact lady there is very helpful and she even made a comment on how efficient my husband is. The security guard on the other hand was not so kind. He seemed like he was on a power trip and was EXTREMELY rude. We've been to this location a few DOZEN times and we know the rules of this place. What I found to be rude was how he walked up to me and told me my dog wasn't allowed on the ground AT ALL. Really, nowhere does it say this and every other time we've had no issue. Remember, how I said we have to pass through the guard house? They know we have a dog and not once have we had an issue. Also, plenty of other drivers there have dogs in their trucks while loading. If my dog can't come and stay in our truck then I guess they can find another driver to haul their cars. My dog is apart of my family and if she can't go we WON'T go. The ONLY reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because of PAUL BLART the Mall Cop. If you've seen the movie, you understand the reference.
