This towing company was dispatched out by the Catoosa county sheriff's office to tow my car when it ended up in a ditch close to my parents home in Boynton. They charged me $1200 to tow that car 4.1 miles. This is highway robbery. Wanted me to sign my title over to them to get the bill paid. They do not even have a body shop there and could not assess the damages. I had to have it towed somewhere else and pay that fee plus $25/day storage. There are lots more honest tow companies in Ringgold. Try Worley's or Advanced Collision but avoid this company unless you have money to throw away. You have a choice. Don't take whomever is in the rotation for kickbacks. read more

My daughter and I were stranded at Paul's Citgo gas station in Ringgold last night, January 11th, at 9:30 with a broken gear shaft connector. We were on our way to Macon for the night as I was moving her to Florida. No one ever wants to call a tow truck, but when you do, these are the guys to call. It was late and dark, and I was alone and hungry about 40 miles from home. Dispatch was polite and actually turned my tears to laughter. He made sure I knew just when the truck would arrive and even texted to make sure the driver in fact picked me up. The driver was calming and friendly. I actually enjoyed the long drive to my house, despite my broken car we were hauling. These guys are reliable, honest and are reasonably priced. Our car broke down on our way home to Indiana. It was Thanksgiving weekend, and many repair shops were closed. Our car was towed to ABC Friday night.
