Not only did Chip arrive under 30 minutes, he checked in regularly to make sure I knew that he was on his way. He also made sure that I was safe each time that I spoke to him. Once there, he had the car loaded and on its way to the repair shop in only a few minutes. Chip then called me later to make sure that I knew the car had arrived ant the repair shop and also to make sure that I didn't need any further assistance. Normally, this would be an easy fix for him, but in his current medical/physical condition it was not. I called Prime Repair going on their 5-star reviews, and they said they would be there in 30 minutes. When they arrived the technician noticed that two other tires were bulging at the sidewalls and could blow as well. The tires were less than 2-years old and Michelins, far from the 60,000 mile guarantee. They gave us a price for 4 new tires, and we went with them. The technician made two trips back/forth from the initial visit. New tires, excellent service and thankful they were there for us all in the oncology parking lot. Sidenote: Just a few weeks ago our kids (and "soon arriving" grandbaby) were visiting from out of state, they took the truck to Viriginia for a day trip. We cannot be thanking God enough for their safety, as not realizing the tires were definitely defective. Not to mention my husbands 25 mile drive to oncology yesterday.
